My son came from Colombia for a month’s vacation, and he really wanted to try a Mexican-inspired restaurant. We chose Ho’ Brah — one of my top spots in Staten Island — and it was the perfect choice! He loved the fun atmosphere, the music, and the beach-surf style décor, and as a family we all had a great time.

Our server, Joe, was attentive, helpful, and full of positive energy, which made the experience even more comfortable and enjoyable.

TexMex in a cool atmosphere. Food is tasty with large portions. Very noisy and loud music-- which they turned down when we asked; still difficult to hold a conversation- so definitely NOT a first date spot. I'd return!

I remember them having great shrimp empanadas ! Not a big fan of the cheese and shrimp ones now. Bring back the original recipe please ;)

other than that it’s a good spot to eat and chill with friends.
