The jerk chicken was dry and flavorless, tasted more like baked chicken than jerk, no gravy on the rice, and the oxtail was tender but tasted weird not authentic

Update: The flavor of the food has upgraded! My Jamaican co workers and I liked the food before but now we love the food! The curry goat, rice and peas, fish, jerk chicken.. so good! Better than before! Service is still good and the prices can't be beat!
The best chicken patty I’ve ever had. They are very pleasant and friendly.
When I want home cooked food but don’t feel like cooking I think of this place. I’m so glad they are in Staten Island. Blessings to this place❤️

Their food is definitely a better option to other culture food places. You get a lot of food for the price and every dish is very tasty. My favorite is the rice and peas with oxtail and plantains. They are very hygienic; They changed gloves after each serving.

As a fellow Jamaican sometimes it’s hard to find good Jamaican food on the island. They are other places, but the food doesn’t even come close. Holland Bay comes very, very close. The best chicken patty I’ve ever had. They are very pleasant and friendly.

The food was nasty if my child that is eats like a garbage disposal doesn’t want the food as well then it’s not just me I would have been better off cooking it at home that was horrible y'all cheating people out here in real authentic Jamaican cuisine this the second one that was that disappointing

The food and service is amazing, easily one of my favorite restaurants on Staten Island, definitely stop by and get you good Caribbean food
Just had it for the first time today and was really dissatisfied with the Mac and cheese I also had jerk chicken with rice and peas that was really good but the Mac should not be sold
The man at the register is very rude and makes nasty comments to the customers. Not good customer service. The small eating area appears run down and they fill most of the takeout plates with rice and less of the dish you ordered. The jerk chicken was overcooked and some meat was hard and dry. Will take the drive to Brooklyn for better Caribbean food and service.
