Il Pallino you are most certainly remarkable, I had a lovely experience here today. Love the atmosphere! Everything that we got was tasty. Everybody that works there is always very charming. Great location and we will be back.
Had reservation for 7:45pm. We had Bocce bread which was good with our drinks approx. around 8pm. We also ordered our food at the same time. Didn't get a second drink or checked on until 8:30pm. Gave them benefit of the doubt cause it was Valentines Day so we stuck around. 9:15pm still no food nor checked on with an update. Paid $40 bucks for two beers and two sangrias then left starving and ate at a diner. This is the first time I've ever wrote a review. If I'm getting into food arguments on Valentines Day, you can't blame me for putting it a bad review. Do not mess with a hungry baber....ever. Not a good combo. Might not happen often here but it was a rough experience.

My fiancé and I decided to give this restaurant a try on Valentine's Day. We sat down immediately and was given our drinks and bread. Our reservation was at 7:30pm. By 7:40 we placed our order. After sitting there for awhile we never received any food. I asked to speak with a manager and within a few minutes. Our appetizer was brought to our table. It took an hour for the appetizer ( fried calamari ). As we looked around at the other 6/7 tables everyone seemed extremely disgruntled. By 9 pm still no entree. We decided to ask for the check. Paid for two drinks and an app and left. Needless to say, I don't think we will be returning.

Meant to post this last month but time got away from me. Better late than never! A big shout out to Il Pallino for hosting the Staten Island Food Holiday Dinner and Comedy Show. What a fun evening! Thank you to Michael Lombardi and his wonderful staff for the excellent food and service. Photo highlights of some the dishes I really enjoyed * 4 cheeses stuffed Artichoke Bottoms. I am an artichoke fanatic! I think this was the crowd winner of the night! * Old-school Brooklyn Panelle sandwich slathered in ricotta cheese is everything dreams are made of. * Shrimp Toast with grilled shrimp and roasted heirloom tomato over a toasted French bread slice, comes with a drizzle of pesto over the top. * The Caramelized Onion Chicken Wings put their Buffalo counterparts to shame * Those Baked Clams and Meatball Sliders The food from the buffet was a very good mix of salad, penne vodka, fried calamari, eggplant rollatini, chicken francese, and gemelli with vegetables in a pesto sauce. The company was amazing, the food was amazing - we got so much love for you. Special thanks to the comedians that ended our night with a bang!

Went for Christmas Eve Dinner. Calamari was delicious. Seafood Fiesta over Black Linguine was excellent. And the main course. Eggplant Rollatini was very good. Desert was Cannoli's. 3 Mini was yummy. Definitely will be back & the Service was on point.
