Inca's Grill Peruvian Kitchen

The place is cute for a date or something of that sort and the food is ok, not worth the price though. We eat out a lot and we never have any issues about prices when the food is good but this felt overpriced. They include the tip on the bill, which again I wouldn’t mind if the food and service was great but it was ok. We left a little disappointed and most likely won’t return. There are better restaurants where you get better food and drinks for the same price or cheaper.

The food at this restaurant was decent, but I was disappointed by the lack of transparency in their pricing. Some dishes, like the lobster patella ($85), were not listed on the menu, and we weren't informed of the cost when ordering—which felt excessive for what we received. Additionally, they added a 4% "sub-charge fee," claiming it was from the credit card company rather than the restaurant itself. I'm not sure if this practice is standard (or even legal), but it was unexpected and left a negative impression. After dining, I noticed other customers had similar complaints about pricing and fees—something I wish I'd known beforehand. Unfortunately, this experience has made me hesitant to return. Better communication about costs upfront would go a long way in improving customer trust.

My wife and I prefer to eat at home and cook our own meals. INKA Grill is one of the few places, we love to dine out.

Came here for the first time today. Very calm place to eat. Servers are very nice. They gave recommendations, and even showed what a lot of the options looked like on a tablet. Food was delicious. Definitely will be returning.

Let me start by saying, the food is delicious! Everything has its own distinct flavor. I've been there twice and they did not dissapoint.
Their service was very impressive. Although, they were short staffed my 2nd visit and had a full house with dine in customers, you wouldn't notice because they didn't miss a beat. The food and drinks came out very quickly and they were very attentive during the meal. I was given a slice of cake for free! They didn't know it was my birthday. Once I told the waiter, he played me a birthday song and put a flaming candle in my sliced cake and the entire restaurant sanged, Happy Birthday.

We order from here allll the time and they consistently deliver the most delicious food, everything on their menu is 10/10 and the portion sizes are generous, incredible value for money I love this place sooo much

Excellent ceviche, crab cakes are excellent and unique! Overall, great Peruvian food and drinks!

I usually go to this wonderful spot weekly with my family. Among the dishes we order are ceviche, jalea mixta and BBQ. Let me say, it is absolutely delicious! Customer service is beyond great and the environment is a family one. I recommend it to everyone.

My husband and I had a wonderful anniversary dinner at Incas. The food is so flavorful and you could tell made with care and love. The owner is a gentleman. He came out to say hello and asked how everything was. He also sat and spoke to us for a while. The girls who served the tables are very patient when asked questions (a lot!) We will definitely be back to this Staten Island hidden gem!

Bad attention from the owner himself and they do not admit their mistakes.
I placed an order for delivery requesting chaufa chicken rice in which I received white rice and chicken. When we called for a solution they treated us badly and the mistake was not theirs.
