This place is great. Its a shame that he is still closed. This city sucks all they try to do is shut places down with permits & inspections etc. I miss eating here.

Breakfast is great but any other meal depends on who's the chef that night. One chef does well, the other makes the most flavorless food imaginable. It's not worth spending the money and gambling if there's a real chef or not tonight. Staff has always been pleasant though.

Welcomed when I came in and seated right away. No homefries available so I ordered a cheeseburger with 1/2 fries and 1/2 onion rings. The burger was delicious but I could’ve dined on the onion rings alone. I will be back to try more of the menu. Been looking for a diner since moving to Staten Island and I think I found it.

Ordered the breakfast special and when it came time to pay the owner said no more special. I understand cost have gone up but you don’t advertise something and wait until after a person is done eating to let them know. Owner said I can go somewhere else which will do.

When I arrived there they said go pick any table I picked the table what i like ..just myself .. until a waitresse said I m not allow to sit this table it is for two or more... there s plenty of other 7 tables empty not crowd... he forced me.go single smallest table or bar stool but smallest table s full and I don't want going to small table with sh.t chair or bar stool.. no thank.. it is not comfortable to sit the hard chair ...cant I sit this table with comfortable seat. they wont let me. Not make sense there s other 7 big table empty not crowd oh please give me a break . I walked out.. never going back this place. They have no respect.. why first place a other waitresse said go ahead pick to sit .
