We had a great time revisiting Jade Island after probably over 30yrs since our last visit. I don't know why it was so long because we always had great meals and a great time. Nothing has changed with the decor or the food. The atmosphere was very lively, it seems with the many social media videos has given JI a rebirth which was great to see. Our next visit will definitely be much sooner.
Anytime I come back to Staten Island, the Jade is where I go. This place has been open since the 70s. The food is outrageous. You feel like you just stepped on an episode of fantasy island. They still have drinks with the fancy umbrellas . Get the pu pu platter.. the wonton soup is the best.. anything you order is insane. The portions are huge. It’s not expensive.

Old School Chinese restaurant. Food good nothing to brag, prices reasonable,service attentive and the atmosphere makes you feel like you are in a large outdoor tiki bar! Well worth a visit.
