This is the worst Jersey Mike's I ever visited. Stay away. They make you wait 30 minutes, then they hand you sandwiches without toppings because they don't ask you and just assume you don't want any. Who orders bread and cheese without anything else from Jersey Mike's. Subway is better at this point! Never coming back!

Their customer service needs improvement and the training as well because the one kid drenched the oil on the sandwich after I said light oil and didn’t bother making it again after his mistake and mind you it was on a giant sandwich so it just got really soggy which I didn’t want. Other than that they always come thru I recommend not having the noobies do the sandwiches rather put them to charge if they can’t portion control

Was waiting for my sandwich to get made only to find out one of the workers who is genuinely a great person had to quit on the spot because the manager was disrespectful and the manager “Anthony” is. Horrible and the girl sitting in the back on her phone just stayed there still using her phone. Store is dirty and management disrespectful

I decided to try Jersey Mike’s for the first time and I ordered the Original Italian. The sandwich was amazing and tasted great however 4-5 hours later I had to run to the bathroom 4 times in less than an hour. Then I had to vomit 3 times in less than an hour. Last night I had to run to the bathroom every hour and when I tried to hydrate and drink water, it came back out in the bathroom immediately. Clearly I have food poisoning, the sandwich was the only thing I had eaten all day. The service was great and the sandwich tasted delicious but getting food poisoning ruined all that as today I was unable to go to work.

The atmosphere in the store is amazing and everyone makes you feel welcome.The manager Kathy is amazing and the rest of the staff does great at keeping the store clean and never messes up my order .Definitely my “go to” sandwich shop

Had an amazing experience!! Aaron the manager was very helpful, the food was amazing. I customize everything I get and this is the one place that didn’t mess up my order! It is very clean inside and I have absolutely nothing to complain about, would highly recommend getting food from here

I happen to goby my local jersey mikes and was wondering why i hadnt received my birthday sub and the staff was so great and made me aware of so much more about the jersey mikes app and made sure that i did not leave unhappy. Arron the night manager, jenna the shift manager and val the team member really treated me like family and my husband was sooooo happy about the politeness of your staff. Thank you!!!!
