When it comes to the sandwiches, I usually have no complaints. I like the combinations they have and the portion sizes. I think they taste pretty good. My complaint here, with this particular location, is the service. The staff member seemed pretty annoyed about me wanting to add toppings to my sandwich, isn't that what their selling? I noticed that he only took out a portion of chicken when I ordered two sandwiches, so I tried not to be rude, and just reminded him that I ordered two. He said he knows (in a very annoyed way) So I waited and didn't want to be a pain. And when I was told my order was ready, it was for only one sandwich. But I just paid for it and left, I did not want to continue an unpleasant experience.

This place has amazing food. The bacon here is everything. This place is between fair priced to a bit costly. The staff is very helpful. However you might have to wait until you can order. The staff would usually make someone’s order before taking yours.
I love the sandwiches here, but a few days ago, I had the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. So the issue here is the service. I ordered 3 giant sandwiches. From the get-go the staff member looked like he did not want to be there, looked annoyed when I placed my order. As he was cooking the meat for the sandwich, I told him that I want to add additional things like tomatoes and onions in the sandwich, he responded by saying he knows and he gotta cook the stuff first. I said okay, but before we know it, he wrapped up the sandwich and bagged it and I told him that I didn't get to add my toppings yet. He looked really annoyed and began unwrapping the sandwich, one of his coworkers saw this and took over while he makes the other 2 sandwiches I ordered, but we didn't know which sandwich he was making since we wanted different toppings in each sandwich, I guess he got annoyed at the confusion and just disappeared. There was a miscommunication between the staff that was making my order and the cashier, so the cashier charged me for 1 giant sandwich and 2 regulars, but we didn't figure that out till later on. But we were so annoyed already that we just left with whatever we got and didn't want to straighten our orders right anymore.

Richmond Ave location is phenomenal!! Especially Stanley and Jordan there warm smile and greet and knowledge of the menu and attention to service is exceptional. The food is always fresh and tasty and the location is always clean

First time I went here I was unfamiliar of the place. The inside looked pretty clean and the atmosphere felt welcoming. I've heard about Jersey Mike's on TV but I never been inside the place. Somebody recommended it to me, so I decided to try it out. Their prices were little steep for sandwiches ?. So I decided to choose regular size. Some chips, a drink and a cookie. Also a tip. The whole thing cost like $19. I went to a park to sit down and try it out and the sandwich was a little soggy and fallen apart.? I didn't like it at first because the sandwich size was like half a sub. There was only one woman who is making the sandwich for me when I ordered. It's not her fault but she was doing her job. If you want to come here be my guest but I recommend stores and restaurants for a long sub sandwich rather than this. ? They didn't taste bad.? I just didn't like how it was made.?

Went in this morning, about 10.30am. There was one customer ahead of me. I was looking at the menu trying to decide between the classic Italian and Tuna. The counter person was taking the order of the patron before me and asked what do I want. I said to finish the order of the person waiting while I decide. The young lady was very abrupt saying "I don't want to do things twice. What do you want?" I left. I do not like to be rushed, especially when there's only 1 other person in the store. I cannot abide attitudes so early.

This was the dirtiest Jersey Mike’s I have ever been in. The ceiling is leaking everywhere, the sandwich station was filthy dirty. The carpet leading in was covered with smeared dirt and pieces of food. I have been to many NJ JM locations and they are immaculate. Avoid this location. The entire experience was unappetizing and made me leery about eating the food.
