The manager is so hostile for no reason. Very obnoxious and overly aggressive. As manager you should welcome your customers with hospitality. She really needs to go back to training because the way she’s acting you wouldn’t even believe she has a job.

I had a disappointing experience at this location. When I requested the staff member to change gloves and use a fresh piece of bread (since the original bread had been touched with the same gloves used for meat), I was met with rudeness and a poor attitude. Despite thanking the employee and expressing my appreciation, she still seemed upset about being asked to do her job which were basic requests. To make matters worse, after the sandwich was prepared, I found a curly hair in it, which was both unhygienic and extremely disgusting. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements to hygiene standards and customer service at this location.

I work across the street at a depot so I was gonna go to the food court but I saw this place and decided to try them out. I am so glad I did it was well worth it. 🤎🤎🤎🤎

Freaah bread daily Philly cheese steak is awesome the service is very quick. The place is nice and clean.

Never failed with quality/taste. Couple outlets by a few tables, which are spread apart nicely. 3 seats for 1 person, few tables for groups. Nice speedy service most of the time. Not typically very busy, average 1-2 people in line when arriving any given time. Prices are as Jersey Mikes typically are. Subway isn’t even cheaper anymore, this beats Subway by a whole other ball field. Always get it ‘Mike’s Way’ (Oil, Vinegar, Salt, and Oregano. Subway could never.) Their craft soda flavors with natural additives are amazing. I recommend the root beer! Available in fridge in cans, or the fountain. Cream soda, black cherry, and root beer. No real complaints. Could just be friendlier/more attentive at times. But that goes for any food service ever. It’s difficult to maintain that for every customer. Thx for everything

Let’s be clear, customer service is not a suggestion. I came in to order a sandwich, not to be yelled at by someone who clearly mistook a management title for a license to be disrespectful. The alleged manager, Tiffany, started shouting at me the moment I began placing my order. I was patient in case it was loud on her side of the counter but no, she shouted at me to spell my name, and when I did, she snapped, “You need to speak up! You’re speaking SO low.” I apologized and repeated my name — but this time, I asked her to stop shouting at me. That’s when the performance really began. She suddenly switched to whispering in the most condescending tone possible, asking if I wanted toppings. I asked her if she was serious and making fun of me because she was really whispering instead of speaking in a normal tone. Instead of going back and forth I decided to walk out and go somewhere else. She should really be more mindful of how she speaks to customers because one day she’ll speak to the wrong person the wrong way, and the outcome won’t be as calm as me choosing to walk away.

Great place for sandwich love the original Italian and the big kahuna. People are great and work fast.
I come here every so often and always order the #56 big kahuna steak sandwich the food is so good and the customer service is great.
