They can’t seem to get anything right. Every time I order delivery, they are missing entire sandwich. It’s not a large order either. They’ll miss one of out of two sandwiches. How is that even possible ???

this place gets very busy sometimes which causes a wait but this has never been an issue for us. this time we waited 30mins for 2 sandwiches because they made orders for multiple customers in line behind us first, no idea why. a long wait when busy is understandable but there is no reason to be waiting for people who ordered after us to be served while we wait upwards of 20mins for our order to even be started.

Pretty unsanitary, this location needs better management. Either that or open up more Jersey mikes on the island. The team member assembling the sandwich placed my giant sandwich on the bare table instead of the original paper than the young gentleman nicely placed, before selecting our bread and slicing the meat for our order. I understand it’s busy, however putting my sandwich on a bare table is a BIG NO NO. The gentleman that was slicing our meat for the sandwich needs to be the manager because he looked like the only employee that knew what he was doing. We came on a Saturday around 1:20pm and left at 1:45pm.

I am extremely happy and satisfied with how I was treated yesterday at this restaurant. I work at michaels and as I entered the store I saw a huge line and didn't think I'd have enough time to eat a mini sandwich for my 15 min break. Thankfully the line flew by quickly because of the amazing workers. Doyin,Elijah,edosa,stanly,Jordan,Anthony and Brandon were the best to take care of my order. Outstanding customer service. Will definitely go back to this store. Thank you!! The kindness I received was unreal and they all deserve credit for how quickly and professionally they were!
