I order a tuna sandwich they had celery inside mix in the tuna fish. It was so horrible the celery give it a nasty flavor plus it had no seasoning to it. Last time my boyfriend got tuna from them it was way better & didn’t have celery inside the tuna. I want to know who even makes tuna with celery in it. I was so mad I didn’t even finish my sandwich at all. I’m so unhappy about it. If I known ahead of time I would have ordered some other kind of sandwich.

Thi location has the slowest service of the 3 Jersey Mike's on Staten Island. The staff seemed to be unorganized or undertrained to the way Jersey Mike's operate. I waited 20 minutes for my Italian combo to be made. Unacceptable.. Will not go back to this location.

You have to order only cold sandwiches. The hot sandwiches take over 30 minutes to get. Also you have to order in person to get your order correct and on time. Ordering on the app the order takes twice as long to get done . Also I ordered online I got chicken instead of strak I ordered. The si mall location on Richmond Ave is on point and correct and fast every time. This location needs to get like the location like by si mall .
First time having jersey mikes & the staff was very welcoming and helpful when ordering and what is recommended & I absolutely liked both mikes Famous Philly & The original Italian! Great experience, I’ll be coming back! :)

Normally this location is pretty quick and the food is good. Today, ordered online at 2:15pm, and as I'm sitting here waiting, still not done at almost 3pm. Unacceptable. I know it's lunch time, but come on, 45 minutes for a sandwich that on the app said would be ready at 2:28pm? Train your guys better.
Oh and forgot the juice on the side, I just left without it because I couldn't be bothered with the lazy employee.
Wait it gets worse. I ordered the #13 and what did I get a ham sandwich with a few slices of pepperoni on it, no cherry pepper relish, and limited toppings. What the hell is this garbage?
I expected at least for someone to say we can't make that right now, and apologize and I would have been fine with picking another sandwich. Or maybe the guy was high as a kite, cause he was moving slow, so I suggest you drug test your employees. Either way I didn't get what I ordered and will be blasting this out to reddit as well as other social media sites.

I don't recommend this location. A lady cut in front of me, and they allowed it, then when my sandwich was ready, they completely put another sandwich in front of mine and began dressing that sandwich. The absolute final straw was that the person was sloppily putting on the dressing to that other sandwich, and it spilled over my sandwich that was being ignored. I left without saying a word.
