John’s Catering put together the most amazing food truck party for the George Street Playhouse staff and board to kick off the new season—and it couldn’t have been better. We hosted about 45 guests outdoors at my home in East Brunswick, and Evan and Dave were a dream to work with from start to finish.

The food was outstanding and plentiful. Guests are still talking about their favorites—especially the coconut shrimp, the Philly cheesesteak eggrolls, and those unforgettable fried Oreos. Evan guided me through every detail of the planning and offered smart, creative suggestions for the menu. The cost was extremely reasonable, too.

They were also incredibly accommodating, making sure there were delicious gluten-free and vegetarian options so everyone felt included. The whole evening was fun, seamless, and absolutely delicious.

I’m already looking for another reason to bring John’s Catering back. If you want a food truck event that’s fabulous, easy, and a total crowd-pleaser, look no further!

They are amazing! We hired John's catering for a backyard bbq. I was a little nervous because it was our first time using them. The food was great, the servers were so attentive to all our guests and helped us clean up at the end. Will definitely be using them again.

We used John's Catering this summer to throw an outdoor event of about 120 people. The Deluxe BBQ package we chose was absolutely perfect for us. Food kept coming out as needed for 3 hours! We also rented a tent and tables/chairs. The entire process from booking to picking up the tent and furniture was very simple. Absolutely recommend!!

Had such a great experience for my baby shower the food truck was a hit! My guests were so full and were raving about how good the food was! Also the buffet to follow was great!

We used John's catering and food truck yesterday for my husband's paramedic graduation celebration. My husband is usually the bbq cooker at all our events and I wanted him to be able to enjoy himself! Def the right choice. John and his team arrived early to set up, supplied the condiments, paper poducts and even helped clean up and left behind plenty of leftovers to hold us over for the whole night. I highly recommend him and his team! Oh and the cheesesteak egg rolls! Highly recommend them as well!

Not only was everything seamless from start to finish but the food was absolutely delicious!! Thank you John’s Catering! The only thing I regret is not inquiring about tent rentals but next time I know!! Thank you again!!
