Great place! What made it more special was our waiter Carlos. He was simply amazing and made it even better. Because of him we will be back

Having been a guest of Joyce’s Tavern for years, this place knows service to the “T”. The staff is warm and friendly and the food is made fresh with high quality ingredients! If you are in the area whether you’re traveling or a local, this is the perfect hangout and dining spot!

My Grandfather used to take me to Joyce’s when I was little and now I love doing the same with my son. Great food, great atmosphere, great service. You can’t go wrong with such a friendly neighborhood spot that always gives back to the community! What more can you ask for?! If you’re lucky enough to see Joe, ask him to make you Irish disco fries, they’re addicting!

I have been going to Joyce’s Tavern for years! The burgers are the best, and I also love their Buffalo Chicken Rice Balls and Rueben Egg Rolls. The staff is super friendly and attentive. They always have great bands and events. Always Generous to numerous charities. They are #1 in my book. I definitely recommend.

What I thought would be a casual fun evening turned into a very uncomfortable outing. Some guy that is tall and a little more on the heavy side, winked at me. At first I didn’t take it to personal thought he was playing games but as I continue to order he kept trying to proceed to take my number. I let it slide again. I proceed to order my food and found a damn water bug. I highly recommend not going to this place. Very unfortunate very disappointing.

I came here with high expectations… I ordered food and it was absolutely disgusting. I sat at the bar and the tall bigger man I believe he said his name was joe was making me feel extremely uncomfortable and kept saying inappropriate things to me and wouldn’t leave me alone. Overall this place is a bad vibe and I wouldn’t go here if you are a young woman bc I’ve heard stories and now I understand.
All American pub, great atmosphere. It is a holiday season so you feel it a lot in this place. The patrons and the staff are super friendly. Drinks are priced at a normal price. Fast and courteous service.

Had the Sample plater Wings Were over cooked ( or looked like recooked, brown meat) I had the octoberfest plater( bratwurst, which were very soft, over boiled, red Cabbage, ( cold, like it just came out of the jar.) wife had cottage pie. Mash potatoes layered on top of meat ( not baked ) meat on the dry side. Son in law Corn beef sandwhich which was good meat moist and tender.
Was way to much for a burger that wasn't even cooked right

Great local place, always a good meal. Check out their October specials, lots of good stuff (I recommend the chicken pot pie in a bread bowl). Buffalo chicken rice balls for appetizer are also really good.

This is the only bar on my way home from work. I've been going for 4 years. The bartenders have always been mean and rude to me and treat me like I'm a horrible teenager, even though I'm middle aged, I always come alone and i always tip well. The rudeness has never changed. Now i've finally had it with the attitude. There's nothing worse than rude bartenders after a long day of work and commuting from Manhattan. I'd rather get off a stop earlier at Great Kills for a different bar and walk home 30+min to avoid Joyce's. In fact, I'd rather stay at work than go to Joyce's and enduring their service. Plus, one of their beers on tap that I ordered was rancid. I told the bartender (quietly and politely) and he said "what do you want me to do about it?" What's the point of this treatment?
