I encountered rude service here. Told me to come pick up a pizza in 25 minutes when I got there after waiting in line for ten minutes I paid…so it’s now 35 minutes and I find out they haven’t even put it in yet. I ask for a refund and the head pizza boy says “No”’I just have to wait for them to make it. He was rude and humiliating. 25 minutes letter I got my pizza. And it COST THEM A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE.

I had to give one star to post a review or I would not have given any. Definitely looking for another pizza spot. Justinos used to be great now it is terrible. Pizza arrived cold and late. I don't know who is making the pizza now but it is just blah. No effort it's like they just don't care about the customers. Will not be ordering again.

I can honestly say all the bad reviews are fake this place is the only great pizza I've had since I moved to Staten Island. So happy I found this place thankyou owner and staff for not overcharging the customers and for giving us a premium product to enjoy. I will happily buy pizza from you guys every time I'm craving it. As a matter of fact I had to write this review because my wife and I just had a margarita pie and loved it. Finished the whole pie in 2 minutes. Thanks again please keep it up

I ordered a large pie half meatball and a slice of cheesecake. The slice of cheesecake was $7.95. This is the size of it. I live three blocks away. I gave the kid a five dollar tip and I just asked them for a refund and they told me they would not send a driver out. I will never use this pizzeria again and it's very sad because I've been giving them business for over 15 years .

Hear me out. I've tried it all, everything, the best pizza shops in manhattan from Rubirosa to Lindustrie to l&b and there is nothing i want more than a grandma slice from justinos.

I'm so disappointed. I've been a customer for years, but today marks the third time service has been the absolute pits here. It's all run by teenagers lately who mess up orders, give incorrect totals, and complain about their job in front of customers.The food was always what brought me to here, but it's become so inconsistent that I can't keep coming back to a place for just the food if things don't improve. They used to have great customer service... I honestly can't tell what happened to have them dive this way.

AVERAGE ! Back in the day this place had a great slice but not anymore. Bring back the old cooks maybe ? Not sure but pizza is not the same.

DON'T ORDER FOR DELIVERY!!! I usually love this place. Never had any issues with orders/deliveries. On Sunday, I pre-ordered a pizza to be delivered to my house in New Dorp by 430 in time for my husband to eat before work. Time went by and we called them at 5:00 to see what happened,they said the order was on the way. Called back at 5:20, they explained that the order never went out. My husband had to go to work without dinner.

Justino's Pizzeria has the WORST customer service I've EVER experienced. I ordered a pizza via uber eats over two and a half hours ago, and when the order came, I was given the completely wrong order. THIS part is NOT the restaurant's fault. I tried contacting Uber Eats customer service about the situation, but of course they were IMPOSSIBLE to get into contact with, so I called the pizzeria. The pizzeria had apologized for the situation, and offered to bring me a brand new order, which was VERY kind and I was amazed at the customer service at first. I was going to give them a GENEROUS tip for being so kind about the situation, because that is above and beyond customer service. But, there's a twist. Over an hour goes by and I still don't have my pizza, so I call the restaurant to ask about it. Albeit, I understand that it's Friday night, so if they were still working on it I would have completely understood- I admit that I got impatient because I waited two and a hald hours for a pizza. When they first answered the phone, it was a lady, and I explained to her my situation. She said she didn't know what I was talking about (another lady answered the phone the first time), and before I could continue trying to talk out the issue, another man answered the phone. I again explained the situation to him, and he told me that it's not their problem, and to go through uber eats. I then tried explaining that I had tried, and when I called the pizzeria over an hour ago, I was told that they would make me a new order and deliver it to me. We went back and forth for a few minutes, and I will admit that I got very angry since I had been waiting for this pizza for two and a half hours. BUT, what I tried to explain to him is that I'm not angry about the fact that I wouldn't get a new pizza for free (understandable as uber eats is a third party service), but the fact that I was TOLD that I would, but they LIED!!!! I can't give my money to a business who will blatently LIE to their customers. I REALLY was going to give them a generous tip for being helpful the first time to make up for their time, labor, and resources, but they LIED. I will NEVER order from Justino's again.
