They are horrible. I ordered a meal fOR family. They always dont give you something, but INstead of telling customer that there is no more or whatever they let you leave store and the phone system never works. SHUT DOWN ,FUMERGATED.

Went to the drive through was told theres a 10 min wait for chicken and I should come in after I get in there is absolutely chicken in there they were just way to busy with mobile orders to even service me

The staff, manager, and owners need to be held accountable. What kind of fast food chain doesn’t have anyone to help customers order or pick up their food? They’re incredibly rude to customers, making them feel like it’s a mistake to order from there.

I'd give it a 0 if I had the option. One of the worst KFCs on the planet. Drive thru always doesn't work, whenever it does work they can't hear anything. I have yet to go there and have a correct order come thru. On top of that flimsy cups, my soda literally fell off the cup and off the cup holders. Management you need to be replaced immediately! I can do your job better than you can at this point.

chicken was raw noones awnsering to complain
5/27/25 - The service was provided by the same manager that was previously located on New Dorp & Hylan Blvd. I ordered 2 of their $10. Tuesday, one regular & one crispy. I received 5 tiny drumsticks, 3 small thighs on the extra crispy order & and the same for the original order. I also ordered a specialty bowl, which was half full. Paid cash was and was charged $29.40. No receipt was given. Reenter the store and request the receipt. With tax, the order came out to $29.00. Who is pocketing the extra change? Pay with your credit cards, people! The location WAS my favorite! NOTE THE WAS!

Drive thru has been out of service for as long as I can remember. They are usually out of french fries. The team is slow and I’ve never waited less than 30 minutes for a bucket of chicken.

Mobile order was not ready when I got there. Had to pull over and wait. Didn’t have what I ordered (chicken!!!) and unable to refund my mobile app order. Ridiculous

Everybody’s in the back doing mobile orders so the line piles almost out the door with people in the store who aren’t getting their orders taken. Multiple people walked out after no service. Ridiculous. Wouldnt even come here if it wasn’t the only place on the island to get Sweet Lightning. Hire a dedicated cashier because this is unacceptable KFC!
