The coworkers there were very rude. I went in to have a job interview w/ them at the forest location & they were very rude to a customer & said in a ghetto fashion " she's not ready " I didn't appreciate her Adduitude.

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would Every single time I order here they get something wrong but this time they really took the cake.
They replaced every item that wasn't chicken in my order with mashed potatoes and sent my chicken sandwich in the spicy variety (which I cannot consume) meaning I wasted 50 dollars at this establishment which is run by the same incompetent manager that got the kfc on hylan blvd shut down.
If you are reading this don't dare to call me and offer me a free desert I don't want your half-baked attempt at "making things right" I'd rather have corporate shut you down and have not a single kfc left on this island than ever step foot in or order from here again.

The lady gives me a cup which is used. There is soda on the top and even the cup is broken. Also, there is a staff who gets out of the office, she crosses the line from us, she yells at me in the front “ don’t wanna move?” I am sorry but do you know how to say “excuse me?” There is no way to just yell at someone with no reason, and you are the staff who works there.

I love the new menu here at KFC the nuggets are amazing, the tenders and Mac and cheese are what got me hooked. The regular bone in chicken is alright. The drive thru service can be terrible when there's this Indian looking woman with glasses who works there. She can be dismissive and rude. She would be on the phone while I'm at the drive thru. She can also have a terrible attitude at times too. Overall I love the new menu but the service needs improvement
Edit: I changed it to a 1 star .The service in this KFC is atrocious. The Yemeni woman at the drive thru sucks. She’s always on her phone. Gives you so much attitude. The last straw for me was when one day I went to KFC and she refused to take my order because it was raining. She told come inside I’m not taking your order because it’s raining. There was this other time I arrived at 3pm in the afternoon and wanted nuggets she said we don’t have that take a sandwich. I replied with I want nuggets. Then she said ughh it’s 20 minute wait for nuggets. You wanna wait. I just left. Avoid This KFC and go to Popeyes. Until management changes this place should be closed.

Got my order wrong three times had to wait an additional 25 minutes just to get my order that I ordered on the app that was already told to me was ready. Had to go back in three times because they got my order wrong three times I’d give zero stars if possible.
