I wish I could give 10 stars. I ordered my daughter’s birthday cake from here and it was perfect. Exactly how I wanted, was ready on time and tasted sooo good. Their prices are unbeatable. If you want to order a customised cake for birthday this is the place to order. Ordered a cake for my granddaughter's 1st Birthday. Cake was beautiful but there was an awful metal/chemical taste. The taste was dreadful and didnt go away for at least an hour! Everyone tasted it and we were very embarrassed and concerned. The entire $100 cake was thrown away! When the owner was contacted he said that we were the 3rd customer who called with the same complaint! He assured us that it was nothing dangerous and it was part of the icing color. Who knows if that's the truth. We saved a piece and will attempt to get it tested. He neglected to offer us any refund at all! Terrible! Don't bother wasting your money here.

Turned away my custom order for no reason. Guess they don’t want to work
My niece is highly allergic to eggs. I was struggling to find an egg-free treat for her to enjoy for Easter. I finally gave up and went to the grocery store to buy the school safe brownies, but I wanted it to be special and have her name on it in icing. I called one bakery, which I won’t name, and they were very rude and turned me away. Kiddie Cakes told me no problem, added a cute little bunny toy on it and a flower for no charge! I tipped the girls working and thanked them a million times over. Thank you for going the extra mile, I will forever be a loyal customer!

After using them multiple times- I have learned my lesson. They want to be cash only no problem but how they treat their customers is horrible. They don’t want to spring for cupcake holders just to have your order get destroyed on the drive home.
