My niece is highly allergic to eggs. I was struggling to find an egg-free treat for her to enjoy for Easter. I finally gave up and went to the grocery store to buy the school safe brownies, but I wanted it to be special and have her name on it in icing. I called one bakery, which I won’t name, and they were very rude and turned me away. Kiddie Cakes told me no problem, added a cute little bunny toy on it and a flower for no charge! I tipped the girls working and thanked them a million times over. Thank you for going the extra mile, I will forever be a loyal customer!

After using them multiple times- I have learned my lesson. They want to be cash only no problem but how they treat their customers is horrible. They don’t want to spring for cupcake holders just to have your order get destroyed on the drive home.

Always a five star from me. I have been ordering here for 15 years and never disappointed. I usually get vanilla cake, buttercream with raspberry or raspberry cannot filling. Always plentiful with the filling. Cake is fresh and moist. Always decorated beautifully. They also do custom cakes.

i have been going here for years because one of my children was diagnosed with peanut allergy and i was so happy to finally find a peanut free bakery. Even though there were a couple of red flags in the past about their products being safe i gave them the benefit of the doubt. this past year a snack that was our "go to safe snack" was declared unsafe because they now shared lines with peanut products, this product is Oreos. I called when ordering my sons bday cake and asked them about the oreos since they are no longer safe. without having any idea or knowledge they tried convincing me that oreos were safe and sometimes they even used the wegmans brand! i was floored! knowing oreos are unsafe (because i've called 4x this year to check) and knowing that the probability of the wegmans brand being safe is highly unlikely i no longer felt safe. They advertise themselves to be a "peanut free bakery "! after messaging them about this they sent me a google search from who knows when and told me after doing their "research" oreos are safe! i cannot believe the amount of irresponsibility and arrogance they showed me!.. after i told them oreos were definitely not peanut free and asking them if they check all of their other products they wrote me a long message telling me they are "nut free" and check items from time to time, then they blocked me!! people's lives are at risk when they are trusting a company to be nut free! thankfully i'm a seasoned mother for the most part when it comes to my sons allergy but others are not as knowledgeable, and these people don't care ! i hope no one gets sick or God forbid loses their lives at the hands of these people. i willNEVER do business with them again! they should be sued for false advertising!
