This was always our go to for takeout sushi as it was always fresh and delicious. No more…the sushi fish falls off the rice and the yellowtail was so tough I threw it out. The salmon sashimi was so thick I was ready to put it on the BBQ. Never again!

I ordered a sashimi salad for around 13 dollars and got a small box with a lot of leafs and 7 pieces of sashimi, i am extremely disappointed in how this is called “food”.

The food here used to be great, but it has steadily declined over the past few months. Today was the last straw—I ordered a salmon roll, and the picture speaks for itself. It’s unbelievable that they would even charge for this. Absolutely unacceptable

The lady who answered the phone was super rude and unpleasant. I had a big order and I didn’t understand what she said so got upset with me and said what do you want lady. I felt completely disrespected and this isn’t the first time !

Food poisoning twice in 3 months. I was a customer since 2005. Unfortunately, I got food poisoning in March 2024 from takeout rolls. I let it go. However, my son and I recently got food poisoning again from takeout hibachi and teriyaki. They were the only meals he and I shared that day. I called the restaurant two days later when I finally had the strength to do so. I was only sharing feedback, wasn’t making accusations, nor was I hostile. However, the staff were absolutely unapologetic or concerned, and dismissed my claim as false. They also asked why I called two days later, and I actually had to explain that I was in bed sick. That’s concerning.
