Oxtails nice and meaty but skimped on gravy which made rice dry. Gravy is best and most important part of oxtails

They fell way off and food I crazy salty. I even added a note to the order asking them to be easy with the salt. Noone answers and food is crazy dry. To top it off, they are never open.

Customer service is horrible, I called and ordered my food 30 mins prior to getting to the restaurant, the lady said about 25-30 mins i said okay . When I arrived she then told me it will be about 15 mins more I said okay now a hour passes of me waiting outside the restaurant my food still wasn’t ready. I just ended up leaving and never getting no food . Never again this horrible service .

I will never order food from this restaurant. I ordered white rice with j*** chicken and oxtail gravy. Got the food and nothing but greasy. Terrible!!!!!!!!

Ordered oxtails, was disgusting. Instead of cabbage, they put some raggedy old lettuce. Never again. Glad I found another caribbean spot.

I went in here for COLLARD GREENS. The worst i ever tasted. I was better off getting a can from shoprite. Why did it look like there was oil from oxtails in the platter. As if the cook cooks collard greens in the same pot as the oxtails. Smh need to do better. That was disgusting. collard greens full of oil.

Although the food is good they are not consistent with food delivery. My last three orders have been cancelled by the restaurant with not even the courtesy of a phone call.

Good food but don't be in a hurry

By far the worst Caribbean food I’ve ever had. The oxtails are horrible. The taste is ok but they are mostly bone and just look like regular beef. The rice is very dry. I asked for cabbage and got a few pieces. I asked for plantains and got a piece and half. I eat very small portions so I planned on sharing my meal but we had to order food from somewhere else. Very disappointing. I should’ve known because when I went in person for the rum punch I got served by a Spanish person. Lmao. When this location was RUSTY’S the food was great. Either fire the cook or shut the place down because this is NOT Jamaican food.

Their ok if you cant get to brooklyn or the Bronx

Ordered through uber eats. Ordered Curry chicken, and pasta with j*** chicken. The food seemed like it came straight from the fridge. The chicken was hard and old the pasta had a weird refrigerated taste. I really wanted to like the food but the best thing on the plate was the Cabbage.

Food is good but the customer service is HORRIBLE!!!! I called at 1:00pm to have my order ready & its now 2:46 & I still haven’t received my food. The light skin guy with tattoos is horrible!!! & disgusting!! He has a nasty attitude. He was not even apologetic about that situation. I asked to speak to a manager, there is no manager!!! I’m NEVER ordering from that place again!!!

Ordered on Uber eats the rice was mushy I hate mushy rice. The oxtails were ok but I’ve had way better. The cabbage & “canned” vegetables turned me off ? won’t be eating here again.

Overall the food is good, but $24 for Shrimp Rasta pasta and you only get 6 pieces of shrimp and mountain high of pasta.
