KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot

When we sat down, there was no service for a long time. We ordered a lot of food but none of it was there. The waitress never came to ask us. When we asked her, she just said to check for us and there was no food. She didn‘t even explain what was going on. The soda tasted like disinfectant. None of us had enough to eat. This service is rubbish.

Overall the staff it’s kind of rude I didn’t order no food I was just sitting there with my daughter and her father they both were eating my daughter order sushi and I took only one piece the staff came in so quickly and said you touch the food you just sitting cannot have the food I said I just one she said you cannnot I was like in disbelief I do not recommend this place

We went the nj to eat and there is no place like the Staten Island kpot .the service is awesome .dont try any other kpots but the Staten Island one

First off, they use “Hook and Reel” as their restaurant name on DoorDash . Only reason I ordered.
Then the lobster tail they gave me for 25$ had absolutely no meat on it at all.
50$ down the drain . PLEASE IDENTIFY AS K-POT not HOOK AND REEL

I just had the opportunity to try out KPOT Staten Island and am so GLAD that I did. Besides hotpot and barbecue what sets this KPOT apart from others is the fact that they sell sushi 🥢🍣 At this location. My server was Jesa and she was EXCELLENT. Whatever her salary is, please triple her salary IMMEDIATELY. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED A++

Just had an amazing dinner at KPOT BBQ with my family. From the moment we walked in, the staff was super nice and welcoming you could feel the good vibes right away.

The food? amazing ofc. So many options to choose from, everything was fresh, the meats, seafood, and the veggies. Everything was well-stocked and came in quick. We tried a bit of everything.
The service was also on point, attentive without being overbearing, and our waitress checked in often to make sure we had everything we needed. She was so patient and great with us (i came in with kids, iykyk).
The whole vibe was welcoming perfect for a family night out.

I came here for Korean bbq buffet and they have huge comfy booths. I came here mid day on a Saturday and there was no wait time. They first take your drink order then ask if you are doing hotpot or Korean bbq. We chose the BBQ and you can select which type of raw meats, seafood and veggies you’d like for them to bring over to the table through a tablet. You have to wait 3 minutes before placing another order on the tablet. They also have a buffet on the side for sauces, fruit, some sides like spicy cucumber, kimchi, seaweed salad, spring rolls, fries etc. A side of rice comes to your table automatically. Just take note that they will charge an additional fee for any leftover food, so don’t order too much initially. Definitely recommend!

My go to KBBQ place for Staten Island (and Brooklyn). I’ve been to other BBQ restaurants as well but KPOT’s combination of great service, good food, and a great atmosphere is what makes it stand out and my go to option each and every time. Lots of options for KBBQ (I don’t usually like hot pot as much as BBQ so can’t say much there), a clean and organized restaurant (many Asian-owned restaurants in Brooklyn are messy and unclean), and many choices to create your own sauce. Nothing more else to say here ngl.
