I really never write reviews but this needs to be said I have been there so many times but there is always one person working and you think the other employees would be working but you thought worg every time I go there is always 4 workers talking and goofing around or when there are free donuts but now there are no more every time I go they tell me there are no donuts if you are a dount place you should have donuts or every since the first of December they are like always closed I would not go her

This store always runs out of donuts early I’ve gone multiple times wanting specialty donuts and they’ll be sold out at like 3 in the afternoon, if the demand is that high make more… now several times I have gone there and their pos system is down so they can’t sell me donuts I’ve wasted so many trips there it’s run horribly, it’s a shame this is the only one on Staten Island.

Another very disappointing visit to Krispy Kreme in Staten Island. It seems that when you thought it couldn’t get worse it does. All we wanted was a good dozen original glazed donuts. We got the dozen, but definitely didn’t get “good”. What should’ve taken only a few minutes to order ends up taking well over 25. Ridiculous…one employee processing orders, while many other employees stand around laughing and talking, not involving themselves in assisting customers. Management clearly doesn’t seem to genuinely show concern about their brand. Once we arrived home with these, what should be, amazing delights. Turns into an amazing disappointment! A complete lack of quality control and care for its customers. Krispy Kreme Staten Island, when are you going to show care for your brand and sincere concern for your customers? What a shame!!!

I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel like this needs to be said. I walked in and noticed a long line, which I didn’t mind since I have plenty of patience. However, after 10 minutes, the line wasn’t moving because no one was at the register to assist customers. There was about 4-5 workers in there and they only had one girl helping customers, while the others were laughing and goofing off in the back. Another 10 minutes passed, and I finally reached the counter. The cashier asked if I was paying with cash or card, and when I said cash, she quickly left. I was confused—after waiting 20 minutes, she was leaving again? She returned to refill the register but then had to leave again to find a manager. Then, she left once more because she couldn’t close the register properly. Nearly 10 more minutes passed before I could finally pay and leave. How does it take almost 30 minutes to get a dozen donuts?
When I got home and looked at the donuts, three of them look as if someone manhandled them and punctured the donut with a finger. Seriously? They weren’t even hot, so they weren’t fragile. How do you damage donuts like that? Plus, they were cracked and looked like they were tossed into the box without care. I’ve been to too many Krispy Kreme’s and this one is just trash quality. It’s time for some new management and better training/standards for the workers.

Never had a problem at any other Krispy Kreme’s. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this specific Krispy Kreme to anyone looking for quality donuts or good service. There are plenty of other places to get a better experience for your money. Save yourself the trip and avoid this spot!

This place has such great potential, but it seems to fall short nearly every time. I’ve been to many Krispy Kreme’s throughout many states and this by far is the worst one. I really wanna like this place, but there’s just too many things that need to be fixed. If management really cared about this store they would encourage/incentivize their employees to take pride in their appearance, make store/kitchen cleanliness a priority and pay much closer attention to the quality of their product. Come on Staten Island Krispy Kreme!!!

Amazing service like always and donuts are always to die for. Came after work with the kids and it so happened to be their 2 year anniversary. Boy do time flys by and they even gave both our daughters free face paintings! Their service is goes beyond to connect with each customer. Can't believe I been coming here for 2 years already! Best thing that happened for Staten Island!
