I walked over today in the rain because I saw an online ad the day before for super hero donuts. My husband is a huge Batman fan and so I wanted to surprise him with a box. When I walked in, it was empty, and I mean, not even an employee to be seen. I stood at the counter for a bit admiring the donuts and a gentleman came up suddenly “can I help you?” The greeting was abrupt and not exactly friendly as I’ve had in the past but nonetheless I gave him my order. I have the app and in front was a buy a dozen get one for $1 ad. I asked him about it and at that very moment a female employee cuts in I’m guessing to stock the donuts or maybe just overheard, cut me off and said “it’s not $1 it’s $9.99”. The tone she had was very combative as If she was expecting an argument. I started saying “oh I just saw the ad on my app..” again cut me off repeated the price and added “Participating stores only!” I don’t know why she felt the need to talk to me that way I didn’t ask with any aggression or anything, it was as if the question bothered her or she had answered it a million times before, I don’t know. I kind of wanted to forget the whole thing and leave but I just tried to shrug it off. The male employee who was helping me originally just kind of stared at me while she stocked the donuts she had, which funny enough were Batman donuts, but I already knew I wasn’t going to be getting any of those, I didn’t want to get another abrasive response so I just let him put my box together. I did however have a coupon which I was able to use and I just left, not a “thank you” or anything just a “do you need a receipt?” Disappointed in the customer service but the donuts were ok, hubby was pleased with the thoughtfulness, I guess that’s what matters.

We stopped by on 7/18/25 around 5pm, and the two ladies who helped us were incredibly friendly and kind. One of them, who was getting ready to finish her shift, packed our Super Hero limited edition donuts and still took the time to check on us before leaving—she even asked if we got our fresh, warm donuts! That extra bit of care really stood out. The donuts were delicious, and the facility was very clean and welcoming. Great experience overall!

Waited on a long line for a hot donut since the hot donut sign was on. And then they said they don't do that and gave me a stale donut. Why even light the hot donut sign if you're not going to give the hot donuts??
This is the second time I've been at this location and they have not acknowledged me as a customer. Not even hello miss, we'll be right there. There was none of that. On this island, that will be the last time I go there.

I just wanted to wash my hands so I could buy a couple of Donuts and a coffee, but the lobby was littered with some boxes and they wouldn't let me into the restroom. What a fantastic customer-oriented approach! If you use the lobby as a warehouse, just say it's a warehouse store and you can't be there, that would be easier and more understandable. Thanks for the disgusting experience I had in your warehouse store! I'll go to Dunkin' Donuts - I can always wash my hands there and buy a couple of Donuts and a coffee.

Apparently, I don’t have any photos of this place, and that’s disappointing to me. But about the food… I absolutely love the quality of the donuts, and the taste, especially when you get one of the original glazed right off the line. However, more often than not, this location is out of one of the flavors or types of donuts that you want to get.

This is the worst Krispy Kreme. One cashier working, they were only taking credit cards, the manager (or who appeared to be the manager) couldn’t be bothered to jump in and service customers while there was a line forming all the way to the front door. Not one other employee jumped in to help the one girl who was making coffee, taking orders and packing orders.
The restaurant itself is so cluttered, there’s barely standing room for a line. I ordered online only to wait 15 minutes to be told that they had none of the doughnuts that I had already ordered and paid for. Two customers ahead of me had the same issue. What’s the point? Avoid this location at all cost.

Extremely friendly staff and engaging with my 3 year old while he looked at the fresh donuts being made. He loved the pac man chocolate filled “ghost” donut.

Went for the Pac-man event, tried the one they had and decided to order the others online because online said all the versions were available at this location. I used their surprisingly clean bathroom while we waited for the order. Once we went for the pick up, the very dismissive employee, the receipt says Jennifer, just kept shrugging us off. She said there were no other pac-man items, though we did see the employees packing them into boxes. I guess those were for catering? Either way, after declining substitutions, we decided on a refund. She disappears and comes back saying we should see the refund in about 8 days. But she gave us no proof. When we asked her, she shrugged and said maybe they'll email you. Now we're trying to dispute the charge because the lack of refund evidence.
This was our first and last time going to Krispy Kreme.
