Some of if not the best chain donuts, there glazed donuts feel iconic and there plenty of options of you like sweets my getting a hot fresh original glazed is very different and hard to describe there kind of squishier and chewier but in a good way, my only real complaints are the rotational specialty Donuts sometimes they're really good and I would like them again but they're only there for a limited time, and the price but I suppose you're paying for quality.Parking: It's located inside of one of the parking lots for the Staten Island Mall so there parking is ample.

Krispy Kreme on Richmond Avenue Staten Island donuts aren't fresh lately. Dry, bad glaze. I don't know what the reason is. I think there are a lot of them, storage rules are not followed and the recipe is violated. The manager must be replaced.

Came in at around 4:20 and asked for a dozen original glazed. I was told that they didn’t have any at the moment and to come back at 5pm to check. So that time rolls around and i come back in just to be told that they’re not making anymore and that whatever they had on display was what was left. I could have just been told from the start that the donuts were no longer being made for the day and save the time I spent sitting in my car for 40 minutes.
