Placed an order tonight and was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. Get there a minute or two early and told it would be ready shortly. Five minutes later the staff says it will be another 10-15 minutes because the crispy chicken is not ready - one gentleman actually told me “we had too many chicken orders”!
