Some driver that works there is super aggressive. Drives a white car. I was looking at the menu posted on the fence and he pulled up like an animal and asked me what my problem was. I went inside to order food to find this drivers works there. Got contact information(email) and left immediately. Will never eat here again.

I was a loyal customer when the Guyon Avenue location first opened. The food was amazing and the staff (minus ome curmudgeon old man) was great.Over time the location quickly fell off. The food became awful and the menu changes were ill advised. The people answering the phone can only be described as idiotic. On a few occasions people in the room with me stared in disbelief at the difficulty while I tried to phone in my order. Sure I could try using the app but the stupidity of the people answering the phone is indicative of how poorly prepared the food is. I hate to be sexist but men can’t take orders over the phone to save their lives. It’s sad to see how bad this place has gotten. The staff has done a horrible job in maintaining any kind of quality. Avoid this location at all costs. I can’t personally speak for the other franchises but this one clearly has a disconnect on what’s to be expected from the brand. F -

La Rosa Chicken has alot going for it. I order it when I get that fried chicken craving, and it never disappoints. Ive also ordered their fish sandwich/filet and it is surprisingly good. Also worth noting are their sides. Delicious mashed potatoes, rice pilaf, and vegetable offerings are all seasoned well and go great with their brand of chicken.I order via delivery, so can't testify to what the instore experience is like. Have to order through Yelp due to the store being too far from my place, so the long wait for delivery is understandable and as far as I know, has no reflection upon the establishment itself. If you're in the same boat, expect Yelp deliveries to take at least an hour, usually more. The quality of their food makes it worth the wait

Oh no no no. Went with my son. Expecting some great chicken. Because that's supposed to be what they specialize in, right? No thank you. The chicken was cold in the center. Chewy and nothing special in taste. He and I left thinking we could have gone to ShopRite for $7.99 and had rotisserie chicken that would have been a feast compared to this. Forget the sides. I asked to have a smoosh of stuffing on my sandwich and that I'd pay a bit extra but nope couldn't do that had to sell it as a side which was cold and scraped from bottom of his pan in front of me. Horrendous. Everyday I ride by I think what a waste of good retail/restaurant space. Sorry

Their roast chicken has no flavor similar to the ones in Costco, Fried chicken were warm, salty, microwaved like similar to stop&shops, plus the sides are given in tiny portions, and it was overpriced. Just go to Popeyes..

AMAZING‼️‼️ Hands down BEST “La Rosa” on Staten Island. I get their fried spicy chicken sandwich and it is 1,000,000,000 better then Popeyes. Fresh ingredients, chicken is always freshly cooked and their service is so friendly. My son will not allow me to order anything else while I’m the area. The restaurant is so clean and organized and the service is very fast and polite.Vegetarian options: They have a wide variety of sides that are meat freeKid-friendliness: They are so warm and welcoming to my 4 year old son and he loves going there just to say “hi to his friends”Parking: They have a big lot in front and on the side of the business as well as plenty of street parking.
