Lobo Loco Mexican Cantina - Hylan Blvd

I love this restaurant. Literally my favorite Mexican restaurant. Their empanadas, chimichangas, desserts and drinks are the best. Their decor is amazing and appealing. I’ve been here numerous times and I’m always given top notch service from the staff. You won’t regret trying out this place.

Food is terrible and overcooked, you get the smallest portions and it’s not cheapWaiters constantly kept forgetting food, drinks, etcWhole experience sucked. Do not go here

I never take the time to review a bad experience, I usually just move on, but when I come home with a massive stomach ache due to the food, I have too. Everything about our meal was terrible today besides the carne asada taco, which was great. This is disappointing because we love the Brooklyn location. We ordered 2 sodas, nachos w/ chicken, pretzel with beer cheese, chicken fingers and French fries and tacos. Sodas were flat, nacho’s had barely any ingredients on it came out ice cold, and the beer cheese was cold with the consistency of water in a little cup that tasted horrific. Thankfully the waitress was a sweet heart and was very accommodating. Unfortunately, I’ll never go back to the Staten Island location, I’ll pay the extra $300 to cross the Verrazano.

Sheesh! That chimichanga look so good i wink’d at it. This spot is it, 69 cent wings too during the week during Happy Hour! Food is always good, everyone has a personality here so dont come stuck up. You will absolutely love this place, come say hello to your new and everlasting chill and grab a drink spot.

First time trying lobo loco was a little apprehensive about ordering margarita after reading that they used fake lime juice. We enjoyed our meal & drinks. Our waitress Stephanie was really sweet, pleasant & helpful. She mentioned it was Monday & the do half priced margaritas she made our delicious drinks. Loved the decor. It was slow since it’s a Monday in late August. We had a good time nonetheless. We will definitely be back. Food was fresh & tasty.

They seriously need to work on the portion size. It’s like finger food. Very disappointing. Flavors are incredible but they need to work on presentation and portion size. Atmosphere is great and everyone is super friendly! Servers are attentive.
