Food is decent but portions are pathetic for the money you are charging for it. If your going to charge a premium atleast pack the container..

The environment was fine though small space wise. The service was very disappointing. We waited for an unjustifiably long time to order anything and even then, the male waiter was cold and unwelcoming, kind of ruining the appetite. Will not recommend.

I used to order from here all the time, everytime I order it gets worse and worse. I ordered beef and broccoli with white rice, the beef looked like chicken but it wasn’t chicken and it was slimy. The broccoli wasn’t even cooked, and it came with pork fried rice even though the person who took my order read my order back to me. Ontop of everything the price is outrageous for gross food.

Horrible service. Salty food I would not recommend them at all. They are rude and disgusting.

In my opinion the best Chinese food I have ever had. The place is clean and staff very friendly. I tried cheaper places but not worth it. Even my kids that are married and dont live in town always look forward to ordering when they visit.

Food was terrific and the service was great, we have found our new weekend spot to sit down and take out during the week. I’ve been looking for authentic Chinese food for a long time on Staten Island and have finally found it.

I wish I could rate lower. I got stuck on a double amnd tried their food for the first time. It was disgusting. The chicken rice soup was nasty. The chicken was over fried. It was horrible. I threw it away. The only thing that was o.k. was the fries. I had to eat something because I couldn't leave my patient. Thank God I had a ginger ale from the night before. My stomach started hurting after I tried the chicken. I spent 23 dollars and the only thing that was o.k. were the fries. When I called and complained they didn't care at all. Never again!!!!

$14 for (mediocre) roast pork fried rice? $3.50 for a single (lukewarm) egg roll? $17.35 for the same Chicken & Broccoli any Chinese takeout establishment with bullet proof glass makes? Those are prices for dining in; takeout prices are only slightly lower. But AVOID this place. Sadly, they have joined the legions of food establishments using the cover of "inflation" to raise prices to outrageous levels-far above what might be needed to cover costs because of higher supplier prices.Diners will remember three things after eating in any restaurant: The food. The service. The price. Those establishments that leave their customers happy about those three things are the restaurants that endure through good times and bad.Ripoffs like Loon Chuan are alienating their customers, and their price gouging is a double edge sword: They may be making more money now, but a year from now they shouldn't be surprised when the dining room is mostly empty, and the takeout orders have dried up.
