Food was trash .Rice was too old and clumpy and had an old oil taste same with the chicken wings .trash...And the fish was the worst tasted old and had a nasty fishy taste and slimy in the inside .18 bucks down the drain for 4 chicken wings a piece of fish small as hell and pork fried rice that pork tasted like dog smells .gross

I ordered from them the other day..and i felt like as soon as i hung up from her taking my order i get a call back saying my food is at the door ??im like yes that very fast but then it didn't stop there i ordered a lot of food so imagine the bag when i got it nothing was spilled EVERYTHING was nice and neat packed in the bag... Then when i got done to the eating part?? I mean everything was well made and just amazing!!!! Let me just say for my first time ordering from them my $37.50 was well spent

Called to place an order and got a third part service. Since when does a third party answer i got so turned off by so many question just to order food. I hung up.This was such a good Chinese spot with great service such a shame into whats going on now

The ONLY Chinese food on staten island that I will eat owners & staff r great food is on point delivered hot & in a decent amount of time my family & freinds have been going there well we have lived around the corner from the restaurant for 24 years so for over 20 years & 2 owners place has really good food my favorite is WO - HOP Lucky Garden ? try it @ least onceKid-friendliness: U can ask the to cut the chicken wings for the children great with fries God Bless & enjoy

Disgusting customer service over the phone and the food is so inconsistent it’s not worth the hassle some days you might get something good some days you might get something that makes you wish you ordered from somewhere else but on every day the customer service stinks, I had been ordering from here on and off for about 7-8 years now and in the last three years it’s been atrocious especially after quarantine sad to see the downfall of one of my childhood favorite Chinese spots

Zero stars the woman behind the counter was verbally abusive to a blind disabled person. I was ordering food for him because he is obviously down on his luck and the woman was disturbing unsympathetic to a person with special needs.
