i called for delivery on 1/26/2024 and they said they are unavailable, i looked on line and it says temporarily closed. WHY? This is the BEST SPANISH food in the island. NOW WHAT? Please p'chachos owners, reconsider. Staten Islanders, please help these people. their food is absolutely delicious. thanks!!

I placed an order for delivery at 11:50am. An hour went by and I asked if there was an update on the delivery to which the person who answered the phone said “the driver took 5 other deliveries with them it’s not just yours” so I said no problem I will continue to wait hopefully it won’t be too much longer. Then another hour goes by and it’s now almost 2pm so I called again and said waiting two hours for food is a little absurd to me, to which the same woman responded “so do you want me to call the driver and cancel?”. No because Im starving at this point but I just think you should have gave a heads up that it would be such a long wait. Fast forward I receive the food at 2:05pm, I received chicken instead of pernil that was obviously cold and never got my empanada. When I called to request a refund of the 38$ I paid and just hope that they would do the right thing so I didn’t have to leave a bad review, I was told a manager would call me back within the hour, never got a call. And then I was told they would call me the next day, never got a call. Worst service I may have ever experienced and it’s unfortunate that they didn’t even seem to care

First time! We are not from Staten Island found this place because my son had a baseball game down the street . Decided to have a quick dinner it was. The food was delicious. The rice the beans the pernil so flavorful. Defiantly going back!

Parking: There is parking

Prices are very high. The food is nothing special. They need to review the prices. Got charged 18 for some rice and ribs. Should have gotten it from the Chinese restaurant.

The Pernil is so good. Always coming back for more.

The beans and rice with pollo guisado are so good, this is my first time eating inside. I recommend to eat at the restaurant so your food is all fresh with creamy beans. If you are eating to take home expect your bean sauce to saturate into the rice. They put it all in one plate when delivered or take-out.

This definitely isn’t the definition of “Spanish” food.This was a complete rip off the food was just made there is no love in it, it doesn’t taste good. The menu and family specials need work where’s the special? This was my first time there and I wasn’t impressed. Family meals come with large salads not separately paid for and the bananas weren’t sweet they were just about good for throwing away. Who’s cooking here? Doubt they’ll get a second chance.
