The coffee was not very good at all, but the counter staff was nice.

One of my favorite coffee shops in NYC. Love the small cozy feel and Partners coffee.

Super slow service. Waited 15 minutes to place an order (there was only one person ahead of me)…when the counter person started talking to the customer in front of me about the origins of her name, I walked away.

Went into main st coffee this morning for breakfast to support a local biz....what a mistake! Waited over a half hr for 3 orders of plain pancakes....when they did finally arrive the pancakes were these 3 tiny lil things that weren't even warm & over cooked for 9 bucks! No silverware to eat with! No one ever mentioned you have to get up & get your own the plastic wear! Just a bad experience from the min we walked in the front door that no one could figure out how to keep closed! Maybe put a sign up that says turn handle and pull closed! Or "Don't waste your time"! Stick to the coffee & beverages or hire someone that can make pancakes in mins!! I understand now why the menu is mostly beverages! Hate to leave a review like this...hopefully the brutal honesty is appreciated & issues like this can be avoided for any future customers. Best of luck

While cute and homey, the experience was one of the worst I’ve ever had. My husband ordered a latte and cold brew. It took 20 minutes to get just the latte. We watched food orders be picked up by the wrong customer and had to be remade. Even had someone grab my husbands latte. They completely forgot to make the cold brew. Had a four year old and four month old, so had to abandon the forgotten cold brew as it was 35 minutes since we ordered. Maybe there was someone out today, but don’t recommend unless you have at least an hour to spend on ordering, waiting, and hopefully getting what you ordered.

Great coffee and toasts / açai bowls. Good value. Nice and clean/ cosy. You’ll wait a little while for food. 30 mins for avo toast and an açai bowl when we were the only customers in on a rainy sat morning. But we didn’t mind as we enjoyed our coffee and relaxed. Service was good. Two young adults serving who were really nice and helpful

The chocolate croissants were not fresh at like they were made at least 3 days ago. Also I think they don't have any idea how the real latte is, if you guys have latte 12oz and 16 oz you have to consider to add an extra espresso shot otherwise the latte tastes like milk. IT's not about the volume but about the taste.

Very disappointed, I ordered a cappuccino on door dash and only got a cup half filled and a small cup too. Waste of money

This is a cute little mom and pop cafe nestled in a small house along Main Street in Staten Island's Tottenville community. It has a homey feeling inside with various nostagiac decor to suggest you're in some small Midwestern town. The food menu features over a dozen types of savory toasts. My son and I ordered the Mediterranean toast consisting of whole wheat bread, hummus, cucumber, Kalakaua olives, feta, and olive oil. What made this toast stand out was that the bread was baked on the premises in an upstairs bakery. I ordered a hot drip coffee that tasted like a high-quality bold roast. The oatmeal raisin cookie I ate tasted homemade and was very chunky. The place has wifi and indoor seating for about a dozen people. There is also outdoor seating in the back. I like the 60s music that gave the place a hippie vibe. The facade had large Bay windows which let in a lot of sun and natural light. The wooden tables and chairs contributed to the overall rustic feeling to this cafe.

Went here for the first time. Very nice and cozy shop. Staff was super friendly. My friends and I had the avocado toast, coffee, and matcha tea. Food was amazing! My only complaint might just be the matcha tea was not the best but overall a very good coffee shop.

Super friendly staff and warm atmosphere as soon as I entered and the coffee is incredible! Didn't have time to grab a tasty treat I noticed as it smelled delicious! Can't wait to come here again and try some more things! Highly recommend coming here!

What a great little coffee shop on Staten Island, doing big things. I’m moving to Tottenville and love small businesses being one myself i try to support every chance i get. For this place to be open early morning and having a good attitude can’t be beat. I mean look at that cookie. The coffee was great so many flavors and options. I will definitely be back.
