The server asked me to provide proof of my dog is a service dog. They were so rude and even madly discussed my case in the back of kitchen and advocated they were LEGALLY required to ask for proof. They are not trained and uneducated to host a business like this. I feel discriminated, not equal, and ruined my mood to be there.

In the United States, under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), a merchant or business is **not legally allowed** to ask for service dog certification or proof that an animal is a service dog.

The staff loudly talked shit at the behind which all of us could hear it. This is so ridiculous and I don’t think the training’s gonna help how they treat people, let alone customers.

I now understand why this location is shutting down. Even when they first opened I wasn’t a huge fan, the tables also smell like dirty feet from the towel they use to wipe it down. Very unfortunate.

The plastic spoons were dirty, theres hair in the mango sticky rice (mind you the rice was still raw) They should’ve took it off the bill! Also the sago still needed to be defrosted.

Fun desserts, cute space and very friendly staff! An item we ordered was out of stock and they went the extra mile and gave us a double order of another flavor. Def plan to go back!

Disappointed :( Got the mango cake and it was completely frozen. Plastic fork broke, kids very unhappy. Ordered mango pancakes as well and the white cream tasted sour/expired. Mango smoothies weren't all that either. $58 total and didn't even enjoy a bite!

This was my first time at this place and the only positive thing I have for this place is the atmosphere, it’s a cool little Japanese themed cafe. The customer service wasn’t amazing, we ordered at the counter not knowing it was for take out which was fine. Then we found a spot to sit towards the back and after maybe 2 minutes someone came up and told us that it was “for dine in only” which I can totally understand if there were customers waiting on the seat, mind you the front few seats were already full with people sitting there. The desert took well over 10 minutes which is kind of ridiculous for a simple sundae. The sundae tastes like a regular sundae but the waffle sticks had a weird taste to them, not sure how to describe it exactly but not great.

Mango Mango Dessert is a pretty decent franchise name. However, unlike the other locations I’ve been to, this one is probably the worst one so far.

The store is small due to its lack of space taken up by their gacha, claw machines, and other unnecessary things that have nothing to do with running a dessert place. It’s also pretty empty on a Friday evening (2 tables), so you’d expect quick service. Unfortunately, that’s not the case.

I order a Mango Mango Combo B, and it takes about 30-35 minutes for it to arrive at the table. At other locations, it takes half the time on a bustling day. Regarding the dessert, it is what you expect. However, the sago and glutinous rice balls are undercooked and hard. This is inexcusable especially when the staff has more than enough time to properly prepare and serve a dessert.

Overall, it’s a small store tacked with the Mango Mango Dessert name without a proper staff, service, and expertise. It’s just disappointing compared to the other locations with the same name.

We ordered takeouts. The mango pancake is missing from Combo B. The mochi are frozen, not chewy. There's a long hair in the packing.

We've been here once before and the food was quite good. We ordered a drink that tasted horrible and texturally was off. We asked for an exchange and we were denied. We went up to the register and only then after being seated did we see the no exchanges no refunds sign. We didn't even drink the beverage and wasted 10$. A business should give their money back for dissatisfaction and despite some of the items being good, we're hesitant to go back since we don't want to risk wasting money on something subpar.
