We dined here on Valentine’s Day with a 6:30 PM reservation. The food overall was good, though a few items came out slightly undercooked. That said, the bigger issue was the service timing.
After being seated at 6:30, we weren’t greeted nor served, not even water, until around 7:00 PM, and that was only after a kind diner at the next table flagged down a server on our behalf. Once we placed our order, appetizers arrived around 7:30 PM, which felt reasonable given the holiday. We finished them around 7:45 PM, but then waited until approximately 9:00 PM for our entrées.
I understand that Valentine’s Day is one of the busiest nights of the year and delays can happen. However, not being acknowledged for 30 minutes and experiencing such a long gap between courses, without communication, was disappointing.
I want to emphasize that this did not feel like the fault of the waitstaff. They seemed stretched thin, and this appeared to be more of a management and booking issue. On a high-demand night like Valentine’s Day, reservations and staffing should be handled in a way that ensures guests are at least acknowledged and updated.
There’s potential here, and with better pacing and planning, the experience could match the quality of the food.

Great establishment. Food was great ambiance. Was great the employees were great.
There was a little wait for getting sitted. But it's not a big deal being that I visited on Valentine's day. (probably one of the busiest day of the year)But when we got sitter and the food was ordered. It took no time to get the food to the table. I want to give special call our to the bartender she was running around making drinks and beverages not just for the people in the bar area but also throught out the restaurant. She definitely need extra hands there. But she managed to do it all on her own. She get props there.

I went to this restaurant for Valentine's Day. Called to make a reservation and asked if substitutions would be an issue due to my significant other not being able to eat certain foods. They had said there was no issue so I proceded with making the reservation. Upon arrival, we were told it would only be a small wait time. Little did we know that we would wait for an hour just to be seated. We had to ask multiple times and the host had sat two other groups before us. Once we sat down we had explained how upset we were about having to wait so long when she had explained it wouldn't be a long wait time. We asked if the waiter would be coming to us soon since our patience had run thin, she said it would only be a few minutes. We ended up waiting for another 20 minutes. The waiter was a very sweet guy but he said explained that we would not be able to do substitution's which had been specified that could've been done over the phone an hour prior since my girlfriend had called again just to make sure. Overall was a horrible experience and will not be going again and I would recommend the same for anyone on special holidays since reservation don't mean anything for this restaurant.

Excellent food from appetizer all the way to dessert. Service by the wait staff was wonderful. The entire aesthetic of the room was really cool as well.

Our server was wonderful. He explained some menu items, made some suggestions and even mentioned that certain foods need a little extra time to prepare. My husband ordered the chicken francese which he said was very tasty but because it was plated on pasta, the pasta drank up all the sauce. It just need a little more sauce. My veal cheeks were outstanding. The combo skewers we had as an appetizer were very good and cooked beautifully. We looked forward to going back to make our way through other items on the menu.

WE HAD A SPECIAL BEFORE CHRISTMAS GET TOGETHER DINNER WITH FAMILY! WOW WHAT A GREAT DINNING EXPIERENCE WE ALL HAD A GREAT TIME. A REAL CLASSY ELEGANT UPSCALE DINNING VENUE BEYOND WORDS CAN EXPRESS. THE XMAS DECOR WAS BEAUTIFUL AND ENHANCED THE DINNNER MEALS. THE DESSERTS WERE FABULOUS AND A WIDE ASSORTMENT TO CHOSE FROM. WINES TOP SCALE EXCELLENT. MANY THANKS TO THE CHEF AND SERVING STAFF WAITED ON US HAND AND FOOT GOD BLESS ALL. SEE YOU ALL AGAIN ST VALENTINES DAY!
We visited Mansion in December for dinner, and the Christmas vibe and decorations were absolutely beautiful—very festive and cozy. The appetizers were all great and definitely the highlight of the meal. The main entrées we ordered were just so-so, but there are plenty of other dishes on the menu we’d love to try. We would definitely return, especially for the ambiance and appetizers.

We went to dinner for my husband‘s birthday and were very disappointed. Please do not eat here. The restaurant was completely empty when we arrived (red flag!). Granted it was a Wednesday, but I have never had this experience before. Our waiter was nice but had very limited English ability. He did not understand our questions about the menu and brought wrong items. They served my daughter raw chicken fingers and brought out a heaping bowl of macaroni and cheese when all we asked for was a side of pasta. The food was mediocre at best and way overpriced. They ruined a milestone birthday dinner and I would avoid this place at all costs.

Great spot! The Mansion is a beautiful place with a cozy vibe and really good food. Everything we ordered was fresh and flavorful—especially the Branzino and the Lobster Loaded Potatoes. The staff was super friendly and made us feel right at home. Perfect for a date night or a chill dinner with friends. Definitely coming back!
