I have had problems every time I order online. I ordered ahead and write my requests in the comment box. Each time they have substituted my requests with no phone calls or requests. They have also claimed they never received the comments. They also said there was nothing they could do, because the doughnuts I order needed to be prepped ahead. I have done this twice and have been seriously disappointed. Some of the doughnuts that requested are up charged and are the ones subbed out for ones not of the same price just because what I asked for was not there. calling did not help nothing was resolved or offered. Do not recommend. My office coworkers will not be ordering here.

Love all the baked goods from Mark's Bake Shoppe. From the buttery croissants, cinnamon buns, rainbow cookie cheesecake, regular cheesecake, ice cream cake, lemon cookies, and their many different donuts. Ordered cakes for special occasion and everyone loves the taste and designs.

Owner bullies you by email for making dispute! Disgusting! Should go out of business! The WORST birthday cake I ever had! Very upset bc this was a milestone birthday.... It was horribly crafted. Very shakily piping and it looks nothing like the website instagram inspo pics. The frosting is literally 2 inches THICK...They did NOT read any of the preorder design instructions.... cake was stale inside and really gross.... Ended up throwing this straight in the trash.. what an embarrassment serving this to family/friends. Nearly taking my husband out with allergies...
