Absolute shame what happened to this place. It used to be the most friendly family run McDonald's of all time. Great atmosphere, helpful staff.
Now the entire place has been designed like a corporate nightmare. Designed specifically for Uber eats pickups. Can't even order with an actual human and the kiosks you are forced to use won't even let you order a water.
When something isn't possible to add that you know they have on the menu, they literally tell you to tell them after you do it yourself. No soda machine in the place, and on top of all of it they screwed up my order. Atrocious

We waited 35 minutes for a few Items. That is absolutely embarrassing for a place called fast food. If we are placing our own order at the kiosk, there should be more employees serving us food. In addition, our order was written on the bag indicating that they are clearing the screen to keep their times low for corporate or their owner, in reality it is taking way longer then it ever has. This McDonald’s has went down hill ever since they were bought by new ownership. As a former McDonald’s employee who took pride in saying I worked there, I am truly upset with this experience. I have given them multiple chances thinking they were having off days before writing this review.

Ordered takeout 7/11/25. Buns on the burgers were stale and covered in ketchup + everything including the fries were cold. Not the 1st time.Been coming to this particular location for as long as I can remember probably from day one. I grew up a block away.Between the new automation and 0 quality control or customer interaction, I can honestly say I'm done.. Not using McDonald's anymore. Automation is here and now. Get it, but between the lack of service and poor quality I predict McDonald's doesn't have many years left What a shame!

This location is not open 24 hrs. They close at 1am and I was advised I can only order on the app which I don't have. Mcdonals has changed that's for sure.
Ordered online and half my food was missing and of course no one answers the phone. No fries no cookies? And this is how they sent it off as completed. I've worked in fast food in my past and this is ridiculous.

The worst experience ever I ordered my food at 11:59am at 12:10 I asked about the order but I was ignored so at 12:30pm I yelled for the order to be canceled now they wanna rush and make it while saying it cant be canceled because theyre making it. I yelled louder CANCEL THE ORDER!!! thats when it was finally canceled...30 minutes this is worst Mcdonalds in Staten Island.

The woman that worked the late shift on 6/9 was absolutely the sweetest. Fries are crispy and perfectly salted. Thank you to her amazing service, made my night.
