I haven't been in McDonald's in over 5 years and it has changed considerably. The food is good as usual, service was OK but they took out the human factor. It's very sterile, no decor per say, I would call it late modern sterility. It wouldn't surprise me if in the near future it would be completely automated similar to X-Files episode Rm9sbG93ZXJz.

I really don’t usually eat anything from McDonald’s because it’s not the healthiest option, but once in a while I’ll stop in for a coffee or hotcakes.
Every time, there’s a 30-minute wait, the staff is unprofessional touching their hair, being rude, and ignoring customers—and the place is filthy.
They also leave drinks sitting out so long that by the time customers receive them, they’re warm and watered down.
This location needs serious improvement. Until then, I do not recommend coming here.

Absolute shame what happened to this place. It used to be the most friendly family run McDonald's of all time. Great atmosphere, helpful staff.
Now the entire place has been designed like a corporate nightmare. Designed specifically for Uber eats pickups. Can't even order with an actual human and the kiosks you are forced to use won't even let you order a water.
When something isn't possible to add that you know they have on the menu, they literally tell you to tell them after you do it yourself. No soda machine in the place, and on top of all of it they screwed up my order. Atrocious

We waited 35 minutes for a few Items. That is absolutely embarrassing for a place called fast food. If we are placing our own order at the kiosk, there should be more employees serving us food. In addition, our order was written on the bag indicating that they are clearing the screen to keep their times low for corporate or their owner, in reality it is taking way longer then it ever has. This McDonald’s has went down hill ever since they were bought by new ownership. As a former McDonald’s employee who took pride in saying I worked there, I am truly upset with this experience. I have given them multiple chances thinking they were having off days before writing this review.
To many teenagers work there that don't want to work. Food is awful. And no manager in sight.

Ordered takeout 7/11/25. Buns on the burgers were stale and covered in ketchup + everything including the fries were cold. Not the 1st time.Been coming to this particular location for as long as I can remember probably from day one. I grew up a block away.Between the new automation and 0 quality control or customer interaction, I can honestly say I'm done.. Not using McDonald's anymore. Automation is here and now. Get it, but between the lack of service and poor quality I predict McDonald's doesn't have many years left What a shame!
