It's not the dirtiest McDonald's I've seen, but it's definitely the most incompetent.
Every couple of years I make the mistake of going to this McDonald's and am always reminded of why I don't go to this McDonald's. The staff is the absolute worst.

The attitude of the tall blonde young man on Sunday's afternoon shift was uncalled for. He was rude to me and my family for asking where the straws were. His manager should be ashamed. Unbelievably filthy location as well.

This location used to be as it was the closest location to where I used to live. Never had a complaint until now. The owners decided to change everything and the place is a complete shitshow. I ordered on the mobile app,order took 35 minutes to be ready for pick up and then on top they screwed up the order. Whatever system these owners decided to change to and thought was necessary completely screwed everything up as this is not the first time since the change that I've had a long wait for a mobile order at this "fast" food restaurant. Will not be returning to this location will be going to Wendy's from now on for my kids chicken nugget meals.
