This place is disgusting. The employees are poorly trained and have no manners. The bathroom smells like urine and the urinal have not been cleaned for a very long time. The bathroom floor is wet and slippery. I would highly recommend for corporate to look at this location as it is ruining the McDonald's brand.

Been here a bunch of times. Always the drive through. A lot of times the food is stale because it's been sitting around for a while. Or under cooked fries. Shoe leather fish fillet. Haven't learned my lesson. Each time I've thrown out the food.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience at this particular McDonald's location in the hopes that management will take steps to improve the situation. Unfortunately, my visit was disappointing on multiple levels and left me questioning whether I’d ever return to this location.

To begin with, the cleanliness of the restaurant was extremely poor. Upon entering, I immediately noticed an unpleasant odor that resembled urine, which was both off-putting and deeply concerning for a food establishment. The floors were sticky. Cleanliness should be a top priority, especially in a place serving food to the public.

As for the service, it was painfully slow. I waited nearly 25 minutes for a basic order of a cheeseburger, fries, and a drink, which is highly unusual for a fast food chain known for its efficiency. There was no clear explanation or apology for the delay. The staff appeared disorganized and overwhelmed, despite the restaurant not being particularly busy at the time. Multiple other customers were also visibly frustrated, checking their phones and glancing repeatedly toward the kitchen in confusion.

This lack of basic customer service skills added to the overall negative experience and made the atmosphere feel hostile rather than welcoming.

To make matters worse, the food I eventually received was lukewarm and poorly assembled. The burger bun was stale, the fries were soggy, and the soda was flat. After such a long wait, it was incredibly disappointing to be served food that seemed like it had been sitting out for a while. I understand that mistakes happen, but this felt like a complete breakdown in both food preparation and quality control.

All in all, this McDonald's visit was a thoroughly unpleasant experience. I’ve had good experiences at other locations, so I know the standard can be much higher. Unfortunately, this particular branch fell far short in terms of cleanliness, speed, food quality, and customer service. I sincerely hope that corporate or franchise management takes these issues seriously and makes the necessary improvements. Until then, I would strongly recommend other locations or dining alternatives.
