i would love to see the hiring process messed up my order once i never went back just took the loss today just went ordered a big mac three dollar bundle and nuggets got charged for it all but only got a big mac and mcchicken has to be filled with idiots i got my honey mustard i had to pay for though has to be the worst mcdonalds on staten island

One of the worst McDonald’s on the island each time I’ve been there there’s always a line and a very long wait time the last time I was there they told me to wait in front for my order which also happens a lot since the lines are so long. But when I gave my order, I ask for ketchup in the bag for my meal and the person taking my order said OK so after I waited about 30 minutes for my order in front of the McDonald’s a worker came and handed me my food with a nasty attitude. I looked in the bag and I said I ask for ketchup can I please have some she looked at me and told me that’s not her job and walked away and started cursing at me when I explained to her that at the window, I ask for ketchup to be in the bag. She was extremely rude for no reason told me that’s not her job and walked away and started cursing at me all because I want to catch up for the meal that I ordered and I ask for it in the first place don’t go here don’t waste your time the customers are extremely rude. The food is always cold and my order is always wrong and the wait time is ridiculous.

Has to be the worst experience I have ever had at McDonald's. They fought to get paid extra to provide poor service still. Smh. I ordered three large Big Mac meals. All three fries were extremely skimped. I should have never paid extra to make them large meals. Two of the Big Mac's had both patties and toppings between the bottom buns and nothing between the top buns. The third Big Mac was made properly but that's only because they forgot it and I had to make them aware of it so they can make me one. The employee was about to send me on my way without giving me drink cups. When I went to fill my cups I saw there were no cup trays. I went back to the front counter and everyone was helping someone except for who I believe was the manager who just came around the counter. I asked her for a cup tray and she pointed in the direction of where they were as if she was telling me to come around the counter to get it myself. She then in Spanish called over the girl who was running the drive thru to come over and ask me what I needed which I then asked again for a cup tray which she literally just turned around and grabbed one for me. Why the manager couldn't do that is beyond me but I guess if she isn't helping her employees it makes sense why they are providing poor service.

The service was very poor (no one at the cashier and I had to ask several times for placing an order). I tried to order from the self-service screen but the offer they were putting on the banners outside wasn't there and the staff's knowledge of the self-service screen was zero.Tbe food came it kinda warm (not hot and got cold quickly), wrong size, fried thrown out of the bucket into the plastic bag. Everything tasted horrible!

EVERY time i go here they always mess it up how hard is it to make a hamburger? there is always cheese on it. I specifically say a hamburger and please make sure there is no cheese and EVERY SINGLE time it gets messed up it is so disappointing.

bad management, I waited for my order for 25 minutes, asked three times if its ready, one girl doesn't know what she's doing, anothet guy keep telling me they have other orders, but my order is way before theirs. I can see my order sitting on the table, they keep checking the bag and said it's not ready yet. And finally it turned out that it was ready 15 minutes ago, and the guy didn't apologize, he just shrugs his shoulder and gave me a "meh" face.

They only do well by virtue of being the only McDonald's around. I put in a mobile order and picked it up inside. I waited for a good 10 minutes while every employee ignored me. I saw our bag of food waiting on the back counter and one employee started to organize sauces around it. Finally, she noticed the bag and read off the number - yeah, that's ours. Uh, it comes with two drinks - I pointed that out on the receipt stuck right to the bag. Oops, sorry - she gives me the cups. I check inside the bag. Missing the nuggets. Oops again. Then missing sauce - oops. The girl helping us was sweet and apologetic, but still ditzy as heck. The rest of them couldn't be bothered. I mean, the nerve of me to come in as a paying customer, I guess.The food was all cold and one of our cheeseburgers had no cheese on it. Good grief, really? I deliberately did a mobile order so we could avoid all these mistakes. How hard is it to make a cheeseburger and put it in a bag? This area has plenty of other restaurants to choose from (Red Ginger, Dunkin, Tim Horton's, Subway, Bubba Koo's, Avanti's, etc.) - do yourself a favor and try one of those before bothering with this McDonald's.

Incredibly slow service. Most of my relatively simple order was wrong, and half of what I did get was either stale or overcooked to the point of being inedible.

This location is nice, but I wish they served breakfast early. I mean before six o'clock. I have to be to work at six.
