The service here was absolutely horrendous. It took them around 20 minutes to bring out my order and it wasn’t even busy in there. Furthermore, the drinks weren’t even filled to the brim. They were 3/4 filled and they gave me a large dr. Pepper instead of a large coke. My bag had no napkins which was fine since I can go to the counter and ask for some. I asked the cashier for napkins and they tell me to wait since they are helping another customer. I wait for the cashier and when the cashier was done, he didn’t even give me my napkins. He walked away and I had to ask another employee for napkins. Overall, the service there brought down the experience by a lot.

I don’t frequent this McDonald’s much just mainly the drive thru. Today I went inside to order in person. I ordered the quarter ounder with cheese. They gave me a skinny patty and tried to pass it off as a quarter ppound. I know what a quarter ponder with cheese looks like. We buy them all the time. The McDonald’s on Bay Street in Staten Island give you what is supposed to be a quarter pound. Shake on them to try to sell a skinny patty and charge for more. If no one complains they willl continue. I will be reporting them to BBB

It's McDonald's so you know the consistency of what your ordering will be (mostly) the same regardless of the location. That being said, this McDonald's is just kinda slow...... I'd avoid if your coming during a lunch time rush.Despite the speed of the service, everyone is very nice here.This McDonald's is located in a convenient area, it is large, modern, has restrooms for customer use, and plenty of parking available.Parking: Wide spots in a gigantic parking lotWheelchair accessibility: Yes, it is wheelchair accessible
