5 Stars for the Forest Avenue location & 1 Star for the Victory & Richmond location:
The Forest Avenue location is great as far as wait time, food & service. The Richmond & Victory location is good during the day but very busy. This only has one line where the Forest location has 2 separate lines and moves faster. I live right by here and drive to the Forest location at night. There’s a bunch of young people that work there. I had a problem with 2 of the guys. One who made me wait 37 minutes when they were closed and was only 1 person in front of me. It took him ten minutes to take my order then said nothing for almost a half hour. When I beeped the horn twice to get his attention he gave me an attitude and said beeping the horn is going to do nothing to help me so I told him off and left. The night staff is either nasty, rude or slow. I went there a few days ago and one guy told another guy I’m getting tired of these people ordering the same thing as he was giving me my bag. I said thank you and he closed the window. My son was really pissed off about that.
I tried to put in a complaint but they wanted so much info I didn’t have because I cancelled the order and left. I didn’t trust that he wasn’t going to spit in my food. The guy night manager had me sitting at the window for 8 minutes while he was there doing something Just for bbq sauce. A woman saw me and said that’s all you’re waiting for. She said some people don’t want to do their job. She’s really nice & friendly every time I see her. There’s a heavy woman with dark hair that works during the day. She’s a real pleasure too, always nasty and brushes you off. I hate that place. I’d rather drive further to avoid the anxiety of the Richmond Ave location. I’ll also mention that the sign says 24 hours as well as the app and I’ve placed 2 orders in two weeks and they closed. The first time they told me they’re closed. The second time they blocked the drive thru with cones. I had to cancel the orders and reorder at the Forest location then wait a week to get my money back. They close whoever they feel like it. They are so unprofessional.

Order here all the time never normally come inside. I ordered 2 frappes I’m more concerned about how this specific employee talked to her fellow co worker. She was very very nasty to her in front of customers and other employees and is unacceptable !! Women was so quiet and kind she went to do Something out side register and was locked out and was waiting for someone to let her in. She was poorly treated and talked down to her. I’m very angry and sorry for this poor worker

Decided to try the new chicken strips last night and I gotta say; it’s a good thing I was at work so I had a stall to shit my self in and a separate stall to vomit in after eating them. I would give 1 star but I’m giving 2 because the fight in front of me in the drive thru line was great entertainment.

Food was okay. The service was okay. The atmosphere was what I didn't like. Once 2pm hit all these kids showed up but not even inside. They was posted outside blocking the doors. Acting crazy and not one staff members went outside to tell them to leave or move from blocking the door. They wasn't even buying food, I don't know why they was even there.

I had a deeply disappointing and unsettling experience at this McDonald’s location. After placing my order and paying, I waited an excessive amount of time without receiving any food. When I politely asked the staff about the status of my order, I was met with confusion and indifference. Eventually, I was directed to speak with the manager who, shockingly, responded with hostility.
Rather than assisting me or offering a solution, the manager became confrontational, raising their voice and behaving in an aggressive, unprofessional manner. At one point, it genuinely felt like they were trying to provoke a physical altercation. I was completely taken aback. This is not how a customer should ever be treated, especially over a simple inquiry regarding a missing order.
Not only did I leave empty-handed, but I also left feeling threatened and disrespected. This kind of behavior is unacceptable for any business, but especially from someone in a leadership role who is supposed to set an example for their staff.
I will absolutely not be returning to this location, and I strongly encourage corporate McDonald’s to look into the behavior and conduct of their management at this store. No customer should ever feel unsafe trying to get the food they paid for.

THEY ARE SO RESPECTFULLY TERRIBLE AT THE DRIVE THRU ORDERS. there’s always a car waiting for their MISSING FOOD. i saw someone go wait at the front door for them to bring them missing food NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN THIS WAS MY LAST DAMN STRAW.

Food was prepared in such a way, I lost my craving for there limited time Chicken Selects or Tenders. one was like a stick of Polly cheese, I try to pull it apart, only the crispy skin came off the chicken felt like a slimey rod, even when pressing into it to break it up, it held firmed to its cylindricall shape, at that point I gave up partly confused and more partly concerned about the content of my order.

If you order through the app, it takes longer than going inside the store. Sometimes they tell you to park in front even when the app gives you a specific parking spot number. I’m giving 5 stars, but honestly, they deserve only 1 — it takes them up to 30 minutes to bring out fast food 😂
