Night time employees are absolutely DISGUSTING human beings. So rude !!!!! Whoever owns this McDonald’s needs to fix this ASAP.

Waited an hour for my order only for a team member to say they never received the mobile order. Asked three different times throughout waiting to make sure I have at least a status since understandably busy, no one got back to me until the third time I asked if they could please let me know. One person said they may have thrown it out due to food being out too long. Could’ve been avoided had someone helped the first or second time around to let me know it was either being worked on or never received.
Very slow service employers very disrespectful.

I find it funny that McDonald’s is still running the monopoly game even though the franchisees don’t want any part of it why are you going to give me a game piece and tell me I want a free item and then when I come back you tell me we stopped playing the game even though the game doesn’t end until November 23. Absolute scam no wonder McDonald’s has a corporation keeps getting sued over and over again.
Also it’s not like I won a Ferrari I want a free food item only for them to tell me yeah we’re not playing the game anymore… You gave me the winning ticket how are you not going to honor it?! The ticket literally is still good.

This place is a great place for a quick bite the restrooms are open you don't need a key for it. Really the only thing I like is the breakfast.

Stood in line for like 5 mins, asked politely if anyone was taking orders, a manager looked me dead in my face and walked straight to the dining area while everyone else walking around not even caring. Yess I see yall got orders, but SOMEBODY attend the front puhlease

Today, this black manager refused to give me the order for the second time. The customer had to cancel the order because they waited too long. I hope the boss can see this and ask why the order wasn't given.
Very understaffed. Orders frequently wrong. Don't ask for ANY alterations (no cheese, etc) because it's far too complex for them.

Im kinda of annoyed. I orders food on the app and then I received an email saying thank you for your purchase enjoy your food. So I showed the clerk my email, it didn't show on my app but I was already charge. The clerk ask two employees if they could make my order and then the whisper and complain. I dont ask for much but if I got proof that I pay for my meal, why couldn't none of them make it. I dont care about like that but customer service was horrible.

I'm a Dash driver. I went to pick up food, but a black manager refused to give me the food and told me to leave. A kind staff member saw this and wanted to help me get the food, but he stopped her and told me to leave quickly or he would call the police. I don't know what mistake I made. Why didn't he give me the food? I suffered racial discrimination and intimidation, which caused me serious psychological harm. I hope the relevant person in charge can see this review and ask today's person in charge why he didn't give me the food. I will file a complaint with the customer service immediately about today's incident. According to the New York State Human Rights Law, I was treated unfairly.

Over 45 minutes for my mobile order to be ready for pick up. You have to be absolutely joking. I have never in my life had to wait that long to have my food be ready. I understand lines being long, I understand orders before me, I understand the lunch rush but if I’m placing a mobile order there a no reason at all it should take nearly an hour for my food to be ready. That is an absolute joke.
