Business is good always packed but the service is too much for staff. It takes long for orders to be processed. The location is so clean and renovated but the teens just hang out there taking up tables without buying food. I don't blame staff they seem to be doing their best polite and attentive but management needs more standing and more support to keep this place in order

5 Stars for the Forest Avenue location & 1 Star for the Victory & Richmond location:
The Forest Avenue location is great as far as wait time, food & service. The Richmond & Victory location is good during the day but very busy. This only has one line where the Forest location has 2 separate lines and moves faster. I live right by here and drive to the Forest location at night.

If you order through the app, it takes longer than going inside the store. Sometimes they tell you to park in front even when the app gives you a specific parking spot number. I’m giving 5 stars, but honestly, they deserve only 1 — it takes them up to 30 minutes to bring out fast food 😂
