The French fries were half full and the happy meal fries had 7 French fries in it. No toy with the happy meal sandwiches were not out together well. Tried calling so as to try to remedy it but they don't pick up the phone. Terrible experience, my kids were highly disappointed.

Patties are cold as well have to question if these were cooked or microwaved.they also gave me no cheese on the 2 Cheeseburger Meal

It was 11:30 and they turned all the lights out but they were open and when we pulled in the drive thru they said they are only taking cash. We said that’s fine and then they told us to hold on. While cars lined up behind us, we waited 15 minutes for the lady to come back to take our order but that never happened. We finally drove away, as we passed the drive thru window, you can see all the workers just standing around talking and there was a girl at the window standing in the drive thru talking to them.

I went to the drink thru......it's McDonald's everything was ok. The person taking my orders had issues understanding English, someone has to do the job.
I went to McDonald last night on 6/22/25 at 9pm and they were closed even the drive threw but in the website is says open until 12am . I wasn’t the only there was someone else also. So at what time do you really close?

I'm not going to count the food since this is a chain restaurant and all mcdonald's have the same menu. There are kids who loiter both inside and outside the restaurant, screaming and going crazy, yet the workers do nothing about it. Your order will be wrong. The restaurant has receipts on the floor. The workers aren't kind or rude but they don't do anything about the dirty floors or kids.

My son went to the McDonald’s on 803 Forest Avenue in Staten Island to get some food. He forgot his bookbag and couldn’t remember where he had left it. I recall that he went to McDonald’s last Wednesday and today, Tuesday, May 27, 2025. One of the employees informed me that another employee had thrown the bookbag out to the garbage. The employee stated that they are not responsible for lost items, but they did take the bookbag to the back room. If they are not responsible for lost items, then why did they put the bookbag in their back room? It’s also a very expensive bookbag.
