We unexpectedly ended up in the area without dinner and realized a) only meat up was open late, and b) we'd arrive just as they were closing. I called to make sure they knew I was placing an online order and the super helpful staff told me no problem and to call back to confirm. Unfortunately, both the phone line and the online ordering closed at 11:30, needed to be updated to show their new hours of midnight. I'll admit, I was a little panicked. And then the staff member called me back, asking if everything was okay and I explained the trouble we had and he took the order over the phone and waited as we arrived as they were closing up. I wanted to give this place five stars just based on the customer service, friendliness and amazingness over and beyond. They went for us.And then we tasted the food and it was so delicious. We got two different kinds of burgers, the garlic fries, and under recommendation that pastrami egg rolls. Everything was hot, seasoned perfectly and delicious. The fries did not have garlic powder on them. They had real garlic and it tasted amazing. The egg rolls were so flavorful. And the two different burgers we got Pasadena and Memphis each had their own flavor profiles and were so good.Parking: They're located on a corner near a bus stop,

I always do take out and always enjoyed their food. The portions are big, the food is fantastic and always fresh. Out of all the times I ordered there, I have always been happy and really looked forward to my order. My one complaint is that they don't open earlier on Sunday.
