went their last night love the place good stuff, but my bill was 14.93 which is usual for two yogurt i handed the girl a 20 dollar bill she said we have no change i said what she said you Will you have to use your credit card? with a little bit of a snippy attitude, I said what if I didn’t have a credit card then what and she just gave me a look I said why don’t you go into ShopRite or into another store or send somebody to get changed then she gave me another look I said OK I will use my credit card, but she had quite an attitude would i go again yessssss

Got there 10 minutes before closing door was unlocked and no workers were to be found. Just wanted a sample the new passionfruit POG flavor and no one was there to help. I proceeded to get my own sample cup and as I was peacefully trying the new flavor I hear a rumble of noise behind me. The worker comes out 5 minutes later acting as if I took her own personal sample cups. She yelled in my face and tapped her fingers condescendingly like this: 🤏. Frankly , there was no reason for that. Then she proceeded to loudly and embarrassingly yell “are you guys done yet” and “we’re closing in 5, so…”. All me and my two girlfriends wanted was a nice treat, and we were greeted with hostility and anger. The worker comes out and mentions something about a rat crawling. At this point I feel embarrassed, uncomfortable, unwanted and skeeved. What I expected to be a wholesome sweet trip turned very sour. One star.⭐️ #yogurtcityiswhereitsat I’m very disappointed in this establishment.

Menchie’s never misses! Always clean, super cute inside, and the perfect spot to treat yourself or the kids. The frozen yogurt flavors are bomb and they always have great topping choices — from fresh fruit to candy and everything in between. Staff is sweet and patient, even when my kids take forever to decide 😂 Love that it’s self-serve and fun for everyone. A go-to dessert spot for sure!
