Metropolis Steak & Seafood

Way too expensive for what we ate for three people or $450 bill is way too much. It seemed to me the 44oz steak was more like 24 oz . I left there hungry.

The food was absolutely delicious. It's a NY city steakhouse. The service was wonderful. I We enjoyed ourselves. We highly recommend it. We will go back soon.

Although the food was absolutely delicious we were not happy with the service. We were seated in the outside room which was cold & very bright. We were put off when the waiter told us we were supposed to be seated in the main restaurant however the guests at the table were still seated and it would have been a little wait, we felt we should have been given the choice. The wait staff was so confused bringing the food to the table, one actually was giving our food to another table. It's a shame bc we all loved the food and are hesitant to go back again.

This is a Manhattan quality dining experience tucked away on our island. EVERYTHING was perfection, from the Apps, to my our PERFECTLY cooked steaks, and our desserts. Even the drinks were amazing! Yes is it on the pricey side but you leave feeling that every penny was well spent!!!

Had an outstanding experience during our first visit! The staff was both welcoming and efficient, setting the tone for a great evening. The menu strikes the perfect balance—well-curated without being overwhelming. We kicked things off with expertly crafted cocktails and the most amazing thick-cut bacon, which set the bar high. For the main course, we chose the Tomahawk steak for two, paired with creamed spinach. The steak was cooked to perfection, and the spinach was served hot and fresh, complementing the meal beautifully. Highly recommend this spot, and we're already looking forward to our next visit!

One of the worst steaks that i have ever had. It was burnt on the outside and rare on the inside. The lobster was overcooked and the baked clams were nothing to write home about either.

Food was great! My wife had the sea bass and said it was cooked perfectly and very delicious. I chose the chicken parm after I saw on their IG and did not disappoint! We had the pistacho cheesecake for dessert, another great option. Looking forward to going again! And the service was just as great! Everyone was very attentive and kind!

I have to say I was not happy with my steak it was tuff to cut and tuff to chew .28 oz and I'll say close to a 1/4 was fat it wasn't worth the money.

Absolutely delicious- 10 stars!!! Highly recommend. Get the bacon appetizer - delicious! Baked clams sooo good.

Had a very pleasurable experience. Our waiter Kyle was outstanding and very helpful. Would definitely fine here again. Our porterhouse steak was delicious.

Been wanting to try this steakhouse for a while and finally did in Christmas Eve and it did not disappoint. Food was VERY, VERY good and so was the service. No complaints at all and looking forward to returning.

Fabulous Saturday night dinner with the family. We had the dry aged porterhouse for two and the wet aged bone in ribeye. Everything was cooked to our request: medium rare. Steaks were flavorful and tender. We enjoyed the cream spinach, steak fries and broccoli. Our waitstaff Danielle and Santiago were wonderful and attentive!

The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. Everything was cooked to perfection. The ribeye steak, the scallops, the fried calamari, the chicken marsala. (They baked clams were delicious, but very small.) The meatball appetizer was a stand out and we were also greeted by Richie who told us it was his grandmother‘s recipe with six cheeses- that is a must when ordering an appetizer. We didn't order dessert because we were going back to my aunts house for coffee, but they surprised us with pistachio shots, which were absolutely delicious!!!! The waiters were extremely attentive and accommodating. Our group of five were treated like special guests. We were with my cousins who were visiting from Italy and they made sure to dedicate a song to them at dinner! I highly recommend Metropolis to anyone looking for a great dinner. The steak and seafood were both outstanding!! We will be sure to go back!
