I ordered a burrito bowl with carnitas, and the carnitas smelled terrible, the rice was mushy, and frijoles bland. Our dine in experience was way better!!

I’m not really sure why the service is getting rated so high as I recently today had a gross experience there. I wouldn’t even rate it as high as one star but there’s no option to go less. The waitress was not only incompetent but almost seemed slow. Had an attitude upon us walking in. After sitting us down took 25+ minutes to even be able to order. She was extremely slow and seemed over whelmed by less than four tables as it’s a small place. She was extremely rude, does not have basic manners. Seemed confused at a basic order and an extremely simple order of rice was forgotten. She kept coming to the table and everytime I said I’m still waiting on the rice she ignored me and kept asking my partner if he needed anything but ignoring me? It was about 5+ or upwards times I kept having to ask just for the rice I ordered? She couldn’t even me intelligent enough to bring a fork. Before she even finally brought the rice she tried taking my food away while I was still eating and said I’ll take this but I said I was eating and then after that she walked back and turned around from the table over 15 times and looked scared to take the plate when I was clearly finished? She then took an extremely long time and had to ask someone else for the check because we were waiting so long for everything in general. Probably the grossest experience I ever had somewhere in terms of service. Not sure what her name was but she definitely should be fired as everyone else there has seemed fine. Her attitude in general just grossed me out and she shouldn’t have a job anywhere if she can’t have basic manners. Definitely couldn’t leave a tip after that and unfortunately that’s the thing I’m happiest about. The food was ok at best but the service was beyond gross to the point where I’m not even sure if it was racism

Personally I love Mexican cantina and restaurant great staff/service good food and drinks. I love the people and vibes there I know some of the people who work there really nice and cool people I love going to karaoke there with my friends even tho I just watch them do it and I just cheer them on and record them lol ? ? I personally recommend u go there on Tuesdays for karaoke great vibes/people I always have so much fun every time I go there

The customer service in this place is horrible so I ordered carnitas tacos which says on the menu that it is shredded pork and this is what they give me. It's not shredded. It looks like a chopped up burnt pork chop and when I ask about it, they tell me know that that's the Al Pastor that is shredded not the Carnitas and they would not fix it, or replace my mail of what I really ordered.but meanwhile the Al pastor says marinated chopped up pork then they bring the chef to tell me I don't know what I'm talking about but meanwhile it's on their menu that way so is the menu wrong or me idk
