The bagels here are amazing. I would come all the way from Brooklyn to get their bagels. The woman that has been working there for years is so nasty. Every single time people come in she has an attitude several people have said the same to me as well. Unfortunately I won’t be returning here anymore, it’s ashame because there bagels are great but that women is very unprofessional and mean.

Today, my husband and I went there for breakfast for the first time. We are new to the area and were looking for a new breakfast spot. I got the egg bagel lightly toasted with butter, and he got the bacon egg and cheese with salt pepper ketchup on a plain bagel. So delicious! Their kettle cooked bagels are super soft. Great customer service and good atmosphere as well. Their coffee is delicious too! We will be going back for sure!

Just went here for the first time and it was delicious! Great bagels, fast and nice service, with a nice atmosphere inside. I got a half a dozen and they gave an extra to me for free. Definitely come here if you're in the Staten Island area!

I’ve had bagels from all 5 boroughs, NJ, PA, CT…, these are bagels. I understand there’s good and bad, but these are what I’d call a NY Bagel. I’m not knocking that. But- the inside has little to no appeal and the employees are just about clueless. You ask them questions simply about cream cheese availability and they have no clue. They are so distracted that they won’t even give you back your change… would I go back? Absolutely not. And trust me I love good bagel shops and even travel from Staten Island to queens… this place I guess is good if your some Brooklynite who loves to be obnoxious and claims this is the best place out of the 4 total they tried. I guess you can say this place is the armpit of the south shore. The plus side was it was 9.50 for 3 bagels with cream cheese.
