Highly recommend this place the chicken parm amazing Dolores my waitress fabulous food delicious prices very good atmosphere definitely will be back..
I really can’t think of anything negative to say about Millie’s. My good friend kept telling us we must check this place out. He knows I’m quite picky when it comes to steak.
Mind you, this is an Italian restaurant on the south end of Staten Island. I would put their Porterhouse steak for two right up there with any of the high end steak houses in NYC. Sides were excellent as was the service. An absolute excellent dining experience. I’ll also add, it was an excellent value. A heads up, get a reservation especially on weekends, the place was quite busy.
Parking: Easy parking, no issues.

Sat at the bar during Happy Hour. I sat there for 6 minutes before female bartender took my order. I mentioned to that the bar was wet a d sticky
The bartender brought a handiwipe and cleaned the bar
I had to wipe down the bar with a bar napkin. It seemed to me that she was more attentive to customers having drinks. I ordered a Ginger Ale and Meatball hero.
After another 5 minutes Ginger ale came in a bottle.
Bartender brought a plate, napkins, and a fork. I asked for a knife. I had to ask again for the knife.
After another 5 minutes, I asked about my hero. I was told it was being made.
Hero arrived, I was not asked if there was anything else that I needed.
After finishing my meal, I attempted to get bartenders attention to get my check.
Again, this took some time.
The check was $21.42 and I left $25. - a tip of $3.58!
Notes:
1. Bartender never introduced herself.
2. Was not attentive to my needs...clean bar - knife - final bill.
3. Never said "good night" or "tha nk you" when I was leaving.
I write the above because of the service I received. I have worked in the Hospitality industry for 50 years, and I have always stressed the importance of prompt, professional, and attentive service.

Worst experience for take out ever. Took over 45 mins to have them prepare the food and at the end we were told that there is no utensils at the restaurant. No one seems to care. All they seem to care about is who is coming to sit and eat.

OMG! Millie's of Staten Island gets 5 flames ?????!
First, if you're a meat eater, you have to try the 42oz. Porterhouse steak for two. It was an absolute delight. Cooked to perfection, it was the star of the service. We paired our steak with sautéed spinach, some scalloped potatoes, and a salad.
Second, the house salad dressing, a blue cheese lover dream, is delicious and needs to be bottled!
Third, the coal and wood fired pizzas are perfect. One with a thin crust, the other with a thicker crust, but they both satisfy and stand out amongst most pizzerias on Staten Island.
Fourth, the marinara sauce is vibrant and fresh, which helps elevate any dish that it is served with.
There's more... the meatballs ?, the seafood ?, the drinks ?, all fresh and delicious. Z
Finally, the service... top of the line. Staff are welcoming, patient, and knowledgeable.
Do yourself a favor and plan a visit to Milkie's of Staten Island. You won't be disappointed!

The first thing I need to mention, which I think is the most important is the service the girl who serviced our table she was so sweet attentive and Very knowledgeable when it came to the menu. The food was excellent. Everything tasted fresh to perfection from the drinks to the food. I have no complaints about any of it.
Party of six... says I needed a reservation.... has empty tables and turns a crowd away.... POOR BUISNESS MODEL. this is the 2nd chance I gave them... NEVER COMMING BACK

Love everything we’ve ever had at Millie’s absolutely recommend
Food and service were excellent. Wait staff and owner/manager were extremely attentive. We really enjoyed our meal and even though the place was packed, we were not rushed and enjoyed our company through a leisurely dessert. (We did have a reservation.)
The only thing that wasn't excellent were the bathrooms. They were unisex, big enough to accommodate a wheelchair or walker, fully stocked with soap, seat guards and TP, but the men who used them left the seats up were not "careful" when they used them so the floor was wet around the toilets. Perhaps they were short staffed that night, but when I went to the bathroom again at the end of the dinner, 3 out of the 4 bathrooms had the toilet seats up. You can't account for bad manners. Perhaps identifying separate men and women rooms would have helped, although as a woman who has waited on a line to use the bathroom, like the idea of unisex bathrooms.
I definitely recommend the restaurant and would go back. Hoping this was just a perfect storm of bad manners, unexpected staff absence and high percentage of men that evening.
