I love Miyabi! Delicious and fresh sushi, it’s the best on the island. Love the daily lunch specials ( katsu and sushi)!

Edit: Make sure your delivery guys have change!

Miyabi instantly became one of my favorite sushi spots! The vibe is lively, the decor is modern and inviting, and the staff are all so friendly and upbeat — you can tell they love what they do! Every dish that came out looked like a piece of art and tasted even better! The sushi is ALWAYS fresh and delicious. Leo is always there to greet me with a friendly and professional attitude. I will definitely be back soon! Thank you so much!

I’d say this place is average overall — not bad, but not amazing either. The sushi presentation was nice, but the freshness wasn’t quite there; you could tell it wasn’t the best quality fish.

The saving grace was definitely the boys (chefs) — they were friendly, and everything was plated beautifully. I also highly recommend the mango kani salad — it was fresh, flavorful, and easily the highlight of the meal.

As for desserts, I’d stay away from the tempura cheesecake — it looked fun but was a miss for me. The ice cream didn’t really make up for it either, just not worth it.

That said, the place itself is clean, cozy, and has a nice vibe for date night. Prices are decent for what you get, and the service was polite.

If you go, stick to the basics and try the mango kani salad — that’s their best dish.

Just your typical asian food restaurant. Nothing much to highlight. Portions were decent, food tasted good.

This place is soooo gooooddd. I am a sushi connoisseur and honestly this is my fav spot on Staten Island at the moment. It is always so fresh and they pack those sushi rolls! Everything is always so good. 10/10 would recommend.

The fish is not fresh, the qaulity of the ingredients is supar. This used be one my favorite places until covid and then they lost the chef and then its been down hill since. They should sell it to someone who cares and will invest in the food.

We ordered a bunch of appies: fried oysters, fried soft shell crabs (we were in sea food mood).. each was plated individually and lovely: fresh garnishes, Everything cooked Nicely, not greasy, pretty. It came with crispy small Thai rolls with dipping sauce, and Yummy seaweed sesame salad. We’ll be back!!
I was having trouble offering online (my fault) so I called order in: they were very nice on the phone.

Ordered their pad thai take out on DoorDash. You can see from my previous reviews that I mostly am a positive person but this has to be the worst thing I ever ordered. I’m sorry, I understand that this is an Asian fusion restaurant and a menu with a mix of Chinese, Japanese and Thai food should be given some sort of leeway, their padthai is definitely made with premade sauce that is overly sweetened. You know it’s been lazily put together when the food is red and not their classic beige color
