Moe's on Hylan Blvd, Staten Island is permanently closed!!!

This Moe’s food packs fantastic flavors, I ordered a steak bowl and my partner ordered a quesadilla. Not only was it good but it was also big enough for us to take leftovers home. The employees who served us were polite and professional.As far as the store, it does need some love and care. The store feels gloomy with dim lights and dark black ceilings. It was also empty. There were some tables that were sticky to the touch. Other tables with plenty of left over food on them, like they haven’t been wiped down. The floors felt sticky. By the sauces for the chips there was a spoon that was sticky to the touch. It was a very unpleasant feeling. Also by the drink self serve the cabinet seemed to be broken.This store has potential with great staff and amazing food. The store just needs some love.

Ordered from here over 2 years ago and it was disgusting. Today I decided to give them another shot. Bad idea! Picked up the order exactly 2 min after time of it being ready. Everything was cold, overly packed, soggy, messy and just gross..not to mention they're overpriced. I wonder if the employees would enjoy food like that served to them or their family? Never again! (Attached is 1 pic. Everything went straight to the trash)

The gentleman that works here is super friendly! He is always very welcoming and thoughtful. I can't emphasize how good this place treats it's costumers. Especially here in Staten Island where fast food/ restaurants can be a little sketchy (service) wise. Food is awesome. I'm glad we have this place. Thank you for everything you do! <3

Sub par Place to eat food is generally not good as nice as the people are the food just isn't there. Atmosphere is non existence I've barely ever seen anyone to dine in. Also just not happy overall about my experience with any moes I've seen or been to just not the place to eat at and I'm just being honest. Again don't get me wrong the staff here is top notch just food is not worth the price and alot of times seems old or not up standard Def not for the price.

Fresh food, staff is helpful and friendly. I had a great first time experience with my son. Tortilla chips came with my meal and are made fresh! Large portions and free fountain drink refills. Definitely coming back.

Whenever I’m on Staten Island which is often I like stopping by Moe’s! Their menu is simple but packed with flavor! The manager was super happy to help with choices and to make sure my visit was a positive experience. You can choose from a number of salsa’s at the salsa bar! Dining area is large and spaced out.

Made to order, fresh, and delicious. I got the steak burrito, its huge. They also give you free corn tortillas and salsaI eat there around 3 times a month, never disappointed.

Workers are nice but the food tastes really bad. Doesn’t taste fresh. The onions stank like they were fried in rotten oil.

Ordered homewrecker bowl and was very impressed with the flavor of this dish. You can pick the ingredients in the dish to your liking. Very nice and friendly staff.

Moes food is far better than chipotle. The staff is always on target.

I went there last week and the workers took FOREVER to take my order! They didn’t seem to be busy or anything, they watched me walk in and continued talking. Seems like all the workers do is stand around and gossip. I will NEVER return!

Overall the food was great but there were items missing form our order. Call to see if they would send them back and they refused stating "it's not worth sending a driver out". They offered to replace the items if we picked them (which wasn't an option for me). Ultimately I did not receive those items. Otherwise the experience was good
