Nephew is neurodivergent. He applied for work and was mistreated. In these days of easily obtaining information about how to interact positively with ASD. This is completely disgusting behavior from management.

Me and my boyfriend would come here all the time and the staff and management were really great. I’m assuming positions have changed over the passed few months (haven’t seen the same manager in months) since staff have been rude, it’s been dirty, and they’ve suddenly been out of ingredients/cups/ice etc. Today the person helping me had me wait 5 minutes, and had on headphones speaking to someone on the phone while making my burrito. Also we always order queso so I’m not entirely sure what was in this cup today. Not sure what happened to this location but they are desperately in need of management.

I got 2 burrito bowls and paid extra for the tofu for both of them. And they didn’t put any. This is the second time they did this. I don’t mind if I didn’t pay extra. ☹️☹️☹️

Got here cuz my girl was so hungry and needed something to eat. After taking my order to the table and seated, i observed there restaurant itself. Found the floor where foods are prepared, to be so filthy. Soda machine broken. The little place they put the bottle soda and water has no ice in it. Just dry and the bottled sodas are sticky. The tables and seats, were absolutely filthy. I believe the store needs a huge revamp.

I ordered very often from Moe's and every time my order is messed up .Or they don't include chips and they give salsa ,other time they put chips wit no salsa or they don't include both at all and then they try to say it was not on order .how hard is to check the order and make sure everything is in the bag .When you come in to pick up order no one is greeting or give you order .,order is sitting on the desk .Unprofessional staff .

The moe’s on Arden is disgusting! We stood there waiting and the jerk behind the counter didn’t even acknowledge us. He was doing online orders he couldn’t even say be with you in a few minutes. Thankfully 2 employees came on shift. He was mumbling oh my God why are people coming in here slamming the spoons down it was absurd. It was a filthy mess cheese was mixed in with the tomatoes and guacamole so my sister couldn’t eat since she can’t have cheese. The rudest guy I’ve ever encountered in a food establishment. I informed the nice guy who just came on shift about it all!! Never going back ?

Danger ⚠️Unfortunately I have to agree with all the recent negative reviews below. This Moe's location is in need of severe help from management or might be shutting down soon. I used to love Moe's and even had some good experiences at this location a couple of years ago. It has gone downhill. I walked into the store and all of the staff were in the back room for at least 20 minutes before coming out to assist me. The store has no AC on and it is an oven, it is cooler outside even during the heat wave. When I went to get a drink at the fountain, it was all room temperature and had no ice. The salsa area looked like a pile of garbage and chips and other garbage filled the floors and the table -- this is not sanitary. Please help make this a better Moe's location.

Walked into Moe’s at about 1230pm looking to order some lunch for my family. I was the 2nd person online and they had just started the order for a customer that was a regular based on the back and forth conversation between the 2 staff members and him. As I waited for the employee to finish with him, another customer came online behind me and we both waited for our turn. After a small wait, the employee, finishing with the previous customer, looked up at me and the person behind me and told us we would have to wait at least 15 minutes to order so he could catch up on his take-out orders. Have you every tried to get 3 kids under 7 to wait in a car for 15 minutes? So, one, how do you take one customer who seems to be a friend and then refuse to serve the next two customers. Two, how do you not have enough staff during lunch time to be able to handle both to-go orders and the people walking in. Three, how in this day and age do you let customers walk out the door of your restaurant, especially dissatisfied with their service. I will not be returning to this establishment, and will be telling my friends and family not to return also. It is run poorly with the current management.

Store had door locked at 8:43 PM even though posted hours said they closed at 9. Knocked on door, staff ignored me.

I haven't been here for a while decided to stop in today. Quesadilla was pretty good but ridiculously expensive. Bathroom is disgusting.

This place is gross. Food splatters everywhere, booths filthy, the girl making the food didn’t even have her hair in a ponytail. Disgusting.

I wanted to leave a positive review, but this was one of the filthiest restaurants I have ever been to. Tables were not wiped down. Floors had discarded chips and shredded cheese. The water dispenser would not turn off. Over all a poor appearance. The worst was on the way out I visited the bathroom. I should have known, but it was atrocious. Not a clean surface anywhere. Please, please ask your staff to keep up cleaning. We usually love Moe's, but this was not a Moe's experience.
