I stopped in here because of the great reviews, I bought 6 cupcakes and 4 cookies for a total of $30. If they were at all good, I would say it was worth it, but the cupcakes were stale and the cookies were tasteless. Its very small and there's a lot of loud yelling and talking on the phone behind the counter so I found it to be a stressful and disappointing experience.

I haven’t been to this bakery in 7 years ( since I left NY) and am super happy the quality has not changed. The cookies are still amazing and the dream cake is delicious. I will be taking one with me in the plane to share with friend. This place is a true Staten Island treasure.

I stopped in here for some Italian cookies. And I left with Italian cookies and friends for life. At Morettis you become family the second you walk in. Whether there's 1 customer or 100 you get greeted with a warm welcome. For the desserts, you have to get some of their dream cakes. They're so good and she has a ton of flavors. Gotta buy some loaves of bread to take home as well. And don't forget a cannoli or two. Or three for the walk home 😆. Thank you again for the wonderful vibes!

Hands down one of the worst experiences at a bakery. We placed an order 2 days in advance for a simple cake with writing and were told it’d be ready at 10am. I arrived at 11am and was told they did not have the cake ready and it would be 15 minutes. 30 minutes later I finally got the cake and was told it needed to go immediately in the fridge since it was just decorated. Then I paid for my cake, the full $40 with not an ounce of apology or discount for the inconvenience. Horrible management and customer service on their behalf. What an absolute shame!
Edit: the owner Cinzia reached out via Facebook shortly after posting this review. I appreciated her apology and willingness to make the situation right somehow. She was very apologetic and sincere! I hope the business can learn and adjust from this experience to improve going forward!

My lovely daughter sent me a cake from you beautiful people, usually every year I like to get an ice cream cake but this is a game changer She said to me a cannoli cream filled cake that had two cannolis on top I have been dreaming about this cake every day since it's been gone. She literally told me if I promise to freeze each piece and only eat one a week she will send me another one. I never knew there was something that could be as sweet as my child but your cake, takes the Cake! Thank you to the sweetest daughter on earth Liyah Miriam Rivera. Great warm welcoming energy as soon as you walk through the door.
