I had ordered a birthday cake over the phone. I was supposed to get 6 chocolate covered strawberries on the cake which Were missing. It was strawberry and peach inside the cake but only very little strawberry bits were found. The cream was all falling apart and the cake itself was bone dry. Very disappointed with the quality of the cake. I have always bought from here but yesterday’s cake was a disaster. I will be buying my cakes elsewhere from now on.

Highly recommend Mother Mousse for all pastry needs!! We always get there cakes for every occasion because they're delicious and there's not a ton of sugar in their products!! We ordered a custom cake for our son and it was amazing!!! They're fondant is definitely as described, thin and not sugary!!! It's definitely edible with NO BAD aftertaste!! THANK YOU MOTHER MOUSSE TEAM for an amazing cake!!!
The cappuccino mouse cake is to die for!!! If your a coffee lover order it with chocolate cake ,chocolate ganache and whipped cream!!

Love their mousse cakes and Irish Soda Bread. When we travel off Staten Island, our hosts ask us to bring Mother Mousse to their place for dessert. Their Irish Soda Bread has great taste and does not fall apart like others. I can slice it thin and it does not break apart.
I don’t know what happened but not as good as they use to be and I am a regular customer. Staff is not very attentive either anymore. New staff?

Mother Moose cake was delicious. The sweet was perfect. I ordered me a chocolate moose Birthday cake it was beautiful.They even delivered it and it also came on time. In future I will order my cakes from mother mooseCake very moist it all just melt in your mouth.

Got motha-love’n-damn this cake was every thing! I mean folks wanted it all I had to hide so I could have some for later. It was beautiful…my crazy mind of details put together on a cake for my love. It had him and his mother tearing up….that’s how beautiful it was. It captured their culture. The cake was stunning, it should be a crime to have not only a beautiful stunning cake but a delicious cake….make you wanna smack a Mother Mousse 😂 and they deliver!!!! Oh and Lori….she understood the assignment for sure!

We Have bought many cakes from there I feel terrible to do this I will be very truthful. So after spending $68 on these cakes That No One Ate the strawberry cake was lifeless look at the Berries So raw no pride in quality and the Mini chocolate cake if you can zoom in old and dry I can't believe it. What a Shame Believe it's not the money it is the embarrassment for My Birthday Guests that I am making this Factual Statement Hopefully They Get there act together and Improve So No One Else experience these results
