Service became worse over the years. The quality of the food has also changed and the oil the chicken is fried in doesn't get changed as often. The last order of shrimp fried rice was not fully cooked rice was hard and shrimp was undercooked.

This place discriminates people of color and it’s located near an area where you have diverse backgrounds. They state they can’t deliver near an area, when there’s no message stating that the area you’re delivering is “out of range”. The delivery driver’s are beyond disrespectful and rude, demanding a tip when they yell over the phone at you the moment they’re outside your residential area and although, you provide a tip they’re never satisfied unless you tip them the equal amount of your meal and if you don’t - you have a very high chance of having worker’s spit in your food, as I am speaking from experience and this location has a pending lawsuit.

I order from here pretty often about once a week or so for my family, I will say the foods good for the most part but the prices are a little outrageous 4 items $50? I ordered from here about a week ago and for 6 items i spent over $70 keep in mind i’m not ordering anything crazy just very small and simple items

I ordered 2 plates of food and they got one order wrong I ordered online and it’s like they ignored how I wanted my food made they gotta do better or they’ll lose customers and to be honest I never had problems with my orders till now

So I think the people need to do a better job of confirming card numbers. Someone charged MY card $44.00 today (1/20). I don't even live anywhere near New York ( live in wa). Which resulted in me having to get my card canceled right when my bills are due. Yes, I've spoken with my bank and they can't do anything about it.

This was a recommendation from a coworker. They give large portions, so if you’re hungry you will be satisfied. That’s as far as the positive review can go. I called 20 minutes prior and told them what time I’d arrive. So they had ample time to drain the oil from the chicken wings and egg roll. The food was greasy and bland. I ordered tofu with broccoli and vegetable fried rice, a side of chicken wings and an egg roll. Sometimes you don’t need the sauces that come with the meal, this was not one of those times. I had to use every single duck sauce and soy sauce that came with the meal. They did provide a fork but no napkins. Not to mention, the guy that took my order was not the least bit friendly. Over all, I cant recommend this place and could only give 1.5 stars for the amount of food given. It just didn’t have that typical flavor you expect when you eat Chinese food. I was starving and didn’t take pictures of the egg roll and wings but you can see the grease from the pictures.

The food is pretty good. I just got a little annoyed because he made me wait while he took phone orders that came in after I walked in. My opinion is he should have placed those calls on hold until I finished placing my order.
